Fairfield Inn & Suites Denver Aurora/Parker - Hotel in Aurora - 24192 E Prospect Ave, USA

My room is very spacious and nicely decorated. I'm on the top floor facing east so I have a really nice view of the sunrise in the morning. The hotel is on the edge of a large shopping area with many shops and boutiques. There are also several restaurants in walking distance and only a few minutes drive down the road. The hotel does show signs of age in some of the hall ceiling panels on the first floor and only one elevator is working right now, but the room is clean and pleasant.

We have repeatedly stayed here for 2&3 nights in August and September plus a few years ago. It is clean, 2 queen bed rooms are spacious and staff super friendly. Manager Brian has helped us multiple times with graciousness and fairness! We wants took a room with a queen and a sofa pull out thinking the pullout was a double bed when we got in the room and realized it wasn't he quickly we reaccommodated us to a double queen room even though we had already pulled the beds out (not used them), And he was thorough to make sure the room is ready for the next guests without hygiene or stock concerns. Also they have free water at the front counter which they kindly and generously give out We did pickleball tournaments so we were always getting refreshments there and they were always super friendly supportive and non-judgmental when we took a few extra waters openly. The breakfast bar is very good there's a variety but some of the stock items are always there like the bagels, bread, yogurts. I think the bacon would be the only thing I didn't think was that great it's really thin but other than that everything is tasty warm and restocked plus coffee is usually put out early and at night there's hot chocolate and if it's low they restock very quickly when asked. We would highly recommend staying here it's economical and very close walking distance to Southlands which has malls and movie theaters and even Walmart. Even though we had transportation we had older teens and they did not have access to our car when we were gone so they were able to stay entertained either at the pool hot tub at the hotel or the lobby or head over to any of the stores and Southland area.

Rooms were nice. Staff is very friendly. Just had trouble getting to it. GPS leads us through the back way not on the street which was weird. Its kind of behind others stores and buildings and smacked right next to the highway. Can hear all the freeway noise which woke me up several times. Other than that was a good hotel

We have stayed at this property numerous occasions but must have been under different management. Avoid room 119 - mattresses/spring box of both beds very noisy (squeaky) with any movement. Need to be replaced. Breakfast during the weekend - very poor, empty serving dishes, coffee pots, yogurt in fridge and ladies in kitchen would get upset if you ask for something, big attitude problems.

The location was convenient but the room looked like the ceiling had been patched and randomly painted. The paint color was different from the rest of the ceiling so it was hard to not notice it. The most concerning part was I was already in my room and then they checked in another party into the same room. They walked in while I was unpacking! Luckily since we were part of a conference group of rooms I knew the people that walked in, but it could have been way worse.

We stayed the night at 24192 E Prospect ave. Check I was easy and the staff were nice. The room was fine, but the bathroom needs better lighting and ventilation. Breakfast was fine also, but there was no sugar free syrup. Just the loaded syrup. I hated to see how some of the guests act like they will never eat again. Walking back to their room in their pajamas with armful of fruit and other foods. Wish all public places had a sign saying if you are not dressed in proper cloths come back when you do. I guess I’m old

Not very impressed with the breakfast area The employees weren't very friendly They were always running out of coffee in fact my daughter was the One changing out the coffee taking the ones from the back and putting them towards the front because she works at the one on the western slope!! The toaster was horrible to even get the toast brown, You had to run it through four times for your toast to brown

I arrived at about 630pm and was greeted by a friendly front desk clerk with a hello and a warm smile. I had booked online, so the process was simplified. I was thirsty and asked if there was a vending machine. The clerk offered me a complimentary cold can of coke. She then asked if I had a floor preference and would I prefer the front or back of the hotel. 5 star service in my book. The room was clean and had basic necessities, including a small microwave, fridge, iron with ironing board, hair dryer, and coffee maker. I appreciated the extra outlets in the lamp bases to plug in my laptop and other electronics. There were two small negatives for me: 1) refillable shampoo/conditioner bottles. Understanding that eliminating one use bottles is better for the environment, I don't trust people not to mess with the refillable bottles. So, that's a no for me. 2) there was a sewage smell coming from the bathtub that was off-putting. The smell didn't migrate to the bedroom, but it made being in the bathroom a hold your breath affair. So, overall, a pleasant experience and a comfortable place to stay the night.
