Fairfield Inn & Suites Denver Aurora/Medical Center - Hotel in Aurora - 13851 E Harvard Ave, USA

Here's what I loved about this Marriott. The water pressure from the shower is powerful. It's not very common to have good water pressure at most hotels. They have 24/7 drinking water and coffee so you don't need to buy it. The free continental breakfast is good and they leave the fruit and yogurt out so you can always access it after breakfast hours. Staff is also very friendly. Great place to stay.

This was probably one of the nicest hotels we stayed at in the Denver metro area. From start to finish we had a great experience. They always greet you when you come in and always send you off with a smile saying “have a good day.” To me that’s big! Kudos to the entire staff! Higher ups if you’re e reading this your hotel is in great hands! We stayed 7 days and wished we stayed longer.

I would definitely give this hotel five stars but for two small things. My first night of sleep was interrupted by the fire alarm going off at 2:30 in the morning. The second thing was getting stomach issues from eating the souffle from the breakfast bar. To the hotel and their staff's credit, I was compt a full day for the alarm going off at 2:30 in the morning. And the problem was fixed later that very morning. As to the souffle, I fixed that myself by simply avoiding it. For those continuing to read this: I will say this is a really good hotel. It's clean and well staffed. The staff is friendly and professional. And feel you will get a good night's sleep, just as I did.

My room was very clean and smelled good. It looked well maintained and kept up. The bed was cozy and comfortable. The pillows very not firm nor medium but soft. You had 3 pillows for each bed. The lady at the front desk was very nice and friendly. She told me if I needed any more pillows, blankets, or towels to just let them know and they would bring them to you. They had a coffee and tea area all day long so you could have that anytime you wanted. The reason I gave it a 4 star was for the breakfast. I just was not that impressed with what they served and cooked it. The day I was there they had sausages, small spinach quiche, bagels, small muffins, cereal, and yogurt. I might have missed something but that generally idea. The sausages were definitely over cooked in the microwave. The quiche was nothing to write home about! I might stay there again but it would not because of the breakfasts.

Positive: The location is in a really nice area with many places to go and eat. It is in a good safe place and easy to get to the major highway. The staff was really friendly and very nice. This is our second stay and we will try to be back there next year. This is a nice place with awesome fron staff and maintenance. Rooms are nice and well kept, breakfast is hot and fresh, and it's easy to find and park.

A bit awkward at times with small elevators, and renovations going on right now. However the staff is absolutely amazing! Always having a smile and making sure to help However is needed. Beds - have a few ruts so dated and a little uncomfortable. Bathrooms - clean and handicap accessible. Nearby to some amazing food options and decent TV channels.

I'd suggest finding any other FairField in the area, or going to the other Marriot across the street. I've reviewed four other FairFields, but I wasn't able to make it past the concierge's annoyance at interrupting their personal phone call (presumed; it was on a cell rather than the line-in). I asked if I'd be disturbing the caretaker vacuuming the lobby, got what I thought was waved off and made to seat myself... only to hear a squawk across the room behind me that I knew wouldn't be pleasant: "HOW CAN I HELP YOU!!!1". I see other reviews lauding the staff, and the caretaker and maintenance people I observed seemed friendly enough, but the Karen experience (complete with "you can't do that without a room" and the obligatory window-Karen watchful eyes as I drove away) was quite interesting. Pair that with the difficult-to-access location, empty parking lot (on a Friday afternoon, admittedly), and lack of walking-distance anything, and I'd pass on this one if I were you. YMMV
