Fairfield Inn & Suites Delray Beach I-95 - Hotel in Delray Beach - 910 W Atlantic Ave, USA

This hotel has a good manager. It must have because although you might get a room that has some furniture in need of repair, the rooms are clean with comfortable beds. The hotel has all the little things that you might need, all in one area, such as ATM, laundry, bathrooms, snacks, coffee all day, gym, etc.. Very convenient -and there is never a broken machine when I stay there. Breakfast is included as well. But the most impressive thing to me, is that this hotel has a superior staff and that is why I praise the management. They are ALWAYS polite, well presented, professional and friendly. They go above and beyond to accommodate you. I go to many hotels and some cost less and some cost more and the horror out there as it pertains to customer service never ceases to amaze me. That is why I am taking the time to write this review. The only improvement should be upgrading the rooms a bit or at least the ones that need a little love.

Although the location is convenient to the 95, it’s in the slums of Delray and cars need to be secured behind a gate. VERY BAD NEIGHBORHOOD. ROOMS NOT CLEANED DAILY. I know hotels started doing this during covid, but as an avid traveller, I was shocked to see that this hotel is still trying to save money by not cleaning daily. Room AC is incredibly loud and woke my family up multiple times. Hardly any channels on the tv and no casting option available. Shipping containers parked in the parking lot.

We booked for one night but end up staying 2 nights. They ran out two queen bed rooms and gave us two separate rooms, which was very nice offer. Thank you! We enjoyed the facility, and the room was spacious and new. A gated parking lot is safe. Very close to delray tennis center which is very convenient for us.

Louise who helps with breakfast is 5-star! She makes you feel welcome and goes the extra mile for every guest….. She made our stay warm and friendly! The room was excellent and bath extremely clean and sparkling. Convenient location to the tennis center and just a few blocks to lots of shops and eateries. We’ll be back!

Positive: Great area, the room smells fresh and seemed clean but I saw a roach after coming back from the day out. I had a bag on the desk that had a sandwich I purchased that day. I lifted up the bag after I returned and I saw a roach. Negative: The night agent was very nice but they could not change my room because the were fully booked and under renovations. But food give me bug spray. He told me to speak to the manager. I called and she said she had to investigate it. But never called back.

I found a roach in my room. The front desk clerk was very nice but he stated They were booked up and did not have any extra rooms. He did say they were undergoing renovations and that's partially why they were booked up because all rooms were not available. I asked him for insect spray, I had to go down to the front desk but he gave me some. He told me to speak to the manager in the morning. I ended up calling the manager the next day.(because we were rushing home to avoid Hurricane Debby). The manager stated she has to investigate, and stated something about having ecolab investigate. Not sure what that even means. She never called me back and did not seem concerned about it at all. However she stated They had to investigate it more than once as if I were lieing. I went back to read other reviews and on Trip Advisor someone stayed the same month and had picture of roaches in the room. I wish I had taken a pic also. She was more concerned that the front desk agent gave me roach spray. Why? I don't know it was very late and I did not want to switch hotels in the middle of the night. I have stayed here before because of the location and with this management and condition I will most likely not stay again. Other staff was very nice.

No water bottles in room or provided at check in. No streaming on televisions (very ancient in comparison to every other Marriott I’ve stayed in). So you cannot watch Amazon or Netflix on their TVs, only live TV. Huge miss. Room is clean and spacious at least.

Loved the friendly management. They were quick to respond to and correct any concerns I had. All in all an enjoyable stay.
