Fairfield Inn & Suites Dayton Troy - Hotel in Troy - 83 Troy Town Dr, USA

Hands down the best experience of a stay I've ever had. Amazing woman work here, they are efficient, very thorough, and go out their way to ensure complete satisfaction for each guest. I'm a titanium member an work at night and usually ask for late checkout for that reason, I forgot to ask and communicate this with the front desk an come 12 or so they knocked and I got everything took care of but the women cleaning was so understanding and she even left a note wishing me a good stay and I can't remember her name but think it started with an A, but regardless she is a great example of the people that work here. Very good , respectful men and women. I'm from Ga and I've decided that every month I come back to Ohio I'll choose that hotel.

The staff were excellent, the rooms clean, and breakfast decent. My complaints lie in the design of the hotel. The bathroom has a drop ceiling which is covered in stains, the walls are very thin and I could clearly hear my neighbors conversations and tv both at reasonable volumes, the bathtub has no texture and I almost fell several times while showering and the curtains couldn't cover the window completely. Beds and TV were okay.

Older Fairfield with more modest facilities than newer cousins , rooms are relatively large and although somewhat dated still very comfortable., number of an other chain hotels next to it in hotel row, not sure if they would be any better and there is no choice of upper level hotels

Exceptional customer service and accommodating staff! I utilized the Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott for overnight accommodations for staff, judges, and contestant families for a weekend event in the area. Their sales department arranged blocks of rooms and went out of their way to walk our staff through the facility so that we could place gifts in individual volunteers' rooms. They checked in regularly with us to ensure complete satisfaction. The rooms were exceptionally clean and the staff was pleasant throughout our weekend stay. Additionally, we left some awards behind in one of our rooms and the staff immediately called so we could retrieve them. I highly recommend a stay here for business or pleasure.

Very clean well decorated rooms. Lovely carpet and nicely layed out. We think this must have been an old hotel redone. This place was originally some other kind of hotel (BW or Comfort Inn etc) Marriott has renovated everything and it is fresh and bright. Rooms are smaller but clean and comfortable. The walls are not completely sound proof and muffled coughing could be heard but nothing drastic. Beds were comfortable and it features a nice pool and large gym room. Our electronic door was temperamental opening sometimes and not others (rm 104) but the price was right and the location right off I-75 so based on that when passing through again I would consider staying again.
