My family stayed at the Fairfield Inn & Suites in Dalton for my daughter's gymnastics meet. The hotel is very convenient to the convention center. The common areas and the room were spotless. Breakfast was free and there was plenty to choose from. Good, hot coffee. When we arrived home this evening we discovered my daughter's beloved stuffed animal that she sleeps with had been left behind. We called the hotel and Jennifer at the front desk was able to place us on hold and go up to our room. She found the stuffed animal under the sofa bed and is mailing it back to us. I really appreciate her going above and beyond to help us! Fantastic service!
By far, one of the best Inn's I have ever stayed in! Zack at the front desk was amazing and super helpful! He was so accommodating and respectful! Miabel, the housekeeper, was the same way! These two deserve a huge raise!!!
Excellent service from FitzGerald! McKinnie when we checked in! Very accommodating and professional, made us feel very welcome. He’s a definite asset to Fairfield. Our room and breakfast were very nice. We will be back on our next trip through Dalton.
Was very nice room, associates very knowledgeable and friendly. 1 night on way to destination, dang soccer team above our room ALL night long!! On way home staff friendly. Tornado warning when we arrived, didn't get into room til midnight. Had to get up early and hit the road. Skipped breakfast both mornings.
Every time I have stayed here, the staff has been friendly and the room has been clean. The hotel looks fairly new and seems well taken care of.
Perfect location if you’re in Dalton visiting the flooring plants. Newer hotel with nice rooms. And really comfortable beds
Newer hotel. Clean rooms and lobby area. Great price and value. Close to restaurants and freeway. Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is free and enough variety to satisfy most breakfast needs. No bar but each room has a refrigerator and there is a nice patio with fireplace in the back to relax.
Clean and very convenient. Friendly staff. We stay here everytime we come to Dalton - and we're here a lot for Softball. Nice hot breakfast every morning, coffee, and pastry etc. Very convienet.

Coffee shop in a church, which isn't a thing for me but may be a problem for you. Yes, you can be a heathen and get your coffee here and even use the internet for an hour or two. On a weekday morning, it was quiet and I had no trouble finding parking
I came in for an earl grey tea latte and some baked goods. The drink and food were excellent. I was also impressed with the service. The woman who runs this cafe is warm-hearted and kind. I would definitely go back here for another visit.
