Fairfield Inn & Suites Crestview - Hotel in Crestview - 110 Crosson St, USA

I stayed in room 138 from May 2 to May 5 2024. When I walked into the hotel it smelled great. The lady at the front desk was very nice. I checked into my room. When I entered the room the AC was on but it smelled like BO. I went and told the lady and she came and sprayed the room. This helped. The room was clean but I accidently stepped onto the carpet on the left side of the bed and it was sticky. I normally wear slides in my hotel room. Also, there was a king size bed but no plug ins on the left side of the bed only the right side. There was a little round movable table on the left side and not the normal attached bedside table. The shower pressure was very bad. I had let the lady know upfront and she thought it might have been because others were showering in the hotel also. The shower pressure never improved. I tried to make waffles twice during breakfast and they came out very dry. There was no spray for the waffle maker like I have normally seen. The tortillas were cold and just left in a container by the syrup. They should have been in a warmer. The biscuits for the biscuits and gravy were cold and dry even though they were in a warmer. The oatmeal was good as was the apple juice. The carpet in the hallway on my way to my room looked like it needed vacuuming. They did have water in the lobby with cucumbers that was cold and good. The sheets were clean as was the bathroom. There were plenty of clean towels, conditioner, soap and body wash. However, one of the lights in the bathroom would not turn off no matter how much i tried. The hotel staff was very nice and the hotel was quiet with plenty of free parking. I would not think the Hotel was worth more than $100 a night.

This place needs to invest in a dehumidifier. We walked into our room and everything felt wet. Additionally the air conditioning was less than ideal. You either had to freeze, or turn the AC up to 80 degrees to finally get it to stop feeling like a walk-in freezer. Lastly, the ridiculous “we will only refresh your room if you are staying 4 nights” policy is ridiculous. I needed towels refreshed and no one told me about this policy at check in. When no one showed up to clean while we were gone, I tried waiting at the front desk two separate times to ask for more towels and no one ever came.

The staff are AMAZING!! Every last one of them!’ Nicole from housekeeping is just a sweetheart and Nora from the kitchen is an angel as well!! The desk clerks and maintenance guys were just 100% there for whatever you need!! Out TV wasn’t showing a lot of channels and the young gentlemen from maintenance had it fixed in less than 30 minutes! My dad hurt his arm and was bleeding a little and Nora got him a wet towel and a bandage. Nicole was just so sweet and easy to talk to and was just so sweet when we ask d for towels! Can’t say enough good stuff!! Oh and breakfast was always good!!

Editing my review because I feel like my initial review was a little overly harsh. The rooms are nice, and the location isn't bad. They have a policy now that they "refresh rooms" about every 3 days and do full service once a week. Trying to coordinate a different day to do service proved challenging, as I attempted several times to try to coordinate with my work schedule since they won't clean the room if you're in it. Finally was able to coordinate for my room to have full service but it took awhile. Thank you for your response, as well.

Very unprofessional night shift. I had been calling the front desk to complain about a party taking place in the room next to me. Rather than solve the problem, the kid just left the phone off the hook. He told me he expected me to find the people holding the party. Not the customer service experience I expected from a marriott. This kid should not be working here. Rooms were comfortable enough. 1 star for the customer service as it's now 1:30 am and I still have music coming into my room. It's really inconvenient when you have to wake up at 4am to catch a flight. Location is 1 star because it is Crestview. Edit it is now 2 a.m., and I am standing at the front desk because the kid left the phone off the hook. Awful customer service. Jamie Marsh is the manager on duty. Ma'am. You need better staff. I was able to find the room holding the party and your staff was not present to help.

The hotel looks pretty new inside. It was a quiet hotel. TV service could be improved. Don't bother waiting for the TV Guide. It might be the next morning before it loads. The breakfast buffet was fine and good for a start to the day. Front desk staff were good.

First of all, let me say that we have been Marriot Bonvoy members for several years. We've traveled a lot and almost always stay in Marriott properties and have always enjoyed them. This hotel is beautiful. We've noticed that the most recent Marriott properties we've booked have been through a renovation, which has been done very well. My concern is that as a senior citizen (almost 70) I really miss the tubs in the bathrooms. Now I can live with a shower for a few days. The problem is that I've not been to a Marriott since the product wide renovation that has a tub (with the exception of the vacation club villas in Branson. We got a 2 bed room villa last time and the guest bath had a tub). My biggest beef is not the absence of a tub but the absence of anywhere to sit to shave my legs. No bench to sit on while shaving or to put my leg on while I stand and shave. Not good, Marriott. Not good at all. I would guess that a large percentage of your guests are senior citizens, as we are. Maybe at the next reno, think about what may make life at your properties a little easier for our demographic. Again, we love Marriott properties. And we will continue to stay at them as often as possible. Just please put a little bench in those nice showers. Or better yet, offer a few rooms with tubs.

Went to a party in one of their 40-limit rooms.. so cant really speak on anything but the location.. its in a pretty accessible area, easy to access the main street in case you need to go somewhere or having food delivered to you..
