Fairfield Inn & Suites Columbus Grove City - Hotel in Grove City - 1722 Buckeye Pl, USA

The hotel is nice and clean... At first. I seem to have had the same housekeeping staff for my entire 2-3 week stay. She never cleaned anything. She just changed the bedding and replaced towels. She never washed, wiped, vacuumed or mopped (non carpeted areas). Otherwise, breakfast was good. Counter staff was amazing. I'd stay again and hope I would have a different housekeeping person.

I was very pleased with my stay at the Fairfield Inn in Grove City. The room was spacious, airy, and very well designed, both aesthetically and for comfort. Lots of easily accessible outlets, good lighting, tasteful decorations, a very comfortable bathroom and shower. Service at the front desk was professional and polite. Breakfast was fine. The gym is well equipped and well lit (and safe). Overall a very positive experience.

Great place to stay. Room was extremely clean and beds were very comfortable. Lots of nearby restaurants. Would stay there again when passing through.

I want to start out by saying that from the moment I walked into the hotel, I smelled cleaning agents (which I loved). My room smells fresh and clean. The staff was pleasant and kind. However, the walls are so thin. My second night there I could hear teens running up and down the hall until past 11pm. Then around 6am, I could hear the person in the room next to me brushing their teeth. Not running water, not an electric toothbrush. The actual act of scrubbing their teeth with the brush manually. And I do not have sonic hearing. It's disturbing how thin those walls are.

We enjoyed our stay at the Hampton Inn. The hotel is bright and modern. The room is spacious with numerous electrical outlets for computers, chargers, tablets, cell phones and other devices. The bedding is very good. The bathroom is large with a great walk-in shower. There is a microwave and refrigerator in the room.||The breakfast buffet is included. It has a nice selection of foods including hot items such as eggs, potatoes, and waffles, as well as bread, English muffins, bagels, and muffins. The dining area is large and kept clean. The items on the buffet are closely monitored and quickly replenished.||||The Fairfield Inn is located in a quiet area away from the busy roads and hustle and bustle of the shopping area. A short distance from the hotel are the many restaurants and stores.||||The only problem we had at the Fairfield Inn was that we had a problem with the room rate. As a Marriott Gold Elite member with a very large number of points, I was not offered the best rate. When I entered the hotel, I notified the desk clerk of my Marriott membership status, which she confirmed; she quoted me a rate higher than the best rate for a Gold Elite Marriott Member. Finally, after asking for a lower rate, we were granted a lower rate. We are not sure if we did receive the correct rate. But accepted the rate.||||A few blocks from the hotel are many restaurants and stores.||||The hotel is located off of I-71, at exit 100, just south of the intersection of I-71 and I-270. Columbus is about a 10-minute ride on the interstate.
