June 27-29 we had several friends and family stay for my son’s wedding. We could not have asked for better service! Cheryl and her staff made the stay very special. Everyone was so helpful and friendly. They even put special touches in the bridal suite! My only regret is I do not have everyone’s name to list them individually. I truly appreciate all the staff for helping to make that weekend special!

Great location. The walls were super thin because I could hear next door's conversation very clearly. It's just too much. The AC does not keep you cool throughout the night. Did not get the best sleep. Water pressure could be stronger. Breakfast was good. Milk seems to be hit or miss. One day, they have some, and one day, they did not. Was not recognized as a Bonvoy member.

3 story newer hotel. Easy access to shopping while quiet at night. The hotel staff are super helpful and friendly: Rey, Jake, AJ. They made this place feel like home. Breakfast has organic scramble egg, family friendly. You do need to check in person to get the door card.

I should have written this review month ago! Life intervened, ‘tho. I want to commend staff and facility-don’t have enough space to put in words. Spent 8 days. Traveling alone. Felt safe, room comfortable, quiet, clean. Staff at desk AMAZING-wish I had gotten names(Antoinette was one of many). All were patient and answered my questions. The folks handling breakfast were efficient and gracious. Housekeeping helped with comfort of room. |Definitely have told friends of this hotel.

I stayed here for almost two weeks. I ran into a couple of issues that could have easily made this a 2-Star experience but the effort the staff (particularly AJ &the Manager of the Housekeeping Staff whose name I didnt catch) undertook to rectify the situations earned a solid 4 if not 5 star rating from me. Pros: -Excellent customer service -Great location -solid breakfast (Oatmeal bar w/toppings, cage free scrambled eggs, waffle bar, yogurt, etc) -sizeable fitness center -Bed was comfy Areas for Improvement -Walls are thin so if you have noisy neighbors, you'll hear them -Attention to detail of some of the housekeeping staff. I wound up needing to change rooms due to noise as well as a chronic issue with my room not being well cleaned -The lightbulbs in the rooms are blue light so at night it creates a really stark environment. Some soft/warm light bulbs would go a long way -Pillows were kind of flimsy

Very nice, new hotel. Convenient location to navigate to/from the airport. Hotel staff was very friendly, king executive suite was nice, clean, and comfortable. Pillows left a lot to be desired, very limp and flat. I had to pile up 5 just to sit up in bed. A/C work well. Now, here's my #1 complaint....I stayed in room 218. From the minute I was in the room, the room shook and rumbled, like a tremor every few seconds to few minutes. This was CONSTANT. A staff member delivered a survey letter to my room and I mentioned this annoyance to her. She agreed she heard the rumble and said she mention it to her manager. I wasn't going to demand a new room, I said I'd deal with it. By my second night, I discovered the room shaking was caused by the front door elevator below my room. An engineering building FAILURE!!! I am going to be staying at this hotel for years to come, due to business in Colo Spring and being a Bonvoy Gold Elite member. It's location is the most preferable. I will never let them put me in 218 again. If it weren't for this shaking room, it would've been a perfect stay.

My husband and i enjoyed our stay here! Loved how the mini kitchen was equipped with the basics, bathroom was nice and clean and we slept comfortably during our stay. Staff was friendly and accomodating and breakfast is good too! This was a memorable anniversary trip for us. Colorado Springs did not disappoint!

Fantastic service! |I forgot my laptop in my room after checking and did not notice for a few days. I called and the staff had my laptop and were kind enough to put it in the mail for me. Received it in a couple of days safe and sound! Thank you so much!
