I can't speak highly enough of Shannon(Red)at front desk. She made my stay so nice and comfortable. She cares so much about her guests, and will do just about anything to make sure your stay is hassle free. And No, I've never met her before my stay. The rest of staff was amazing as well, including Annabeth, Adrian, Nora and Josh! I never heard one guest complain about their accommodations while there. Thanks!!

The rooms were great, comfy and quiet as well. The breakfast was top notch as well. The only thing I was disappointed in was that the pool only has step ladders to enter or exit which is not ideal for elderly, or obese people. The staff we're very friendly and helpful overall we had a great stay just a little difficulty getting out of the pool which is the main reason for our stay.

There are small things about the hotel like hard beds and public area restroom not being super clean but the hospitality out ranks those small issues. Kaitlin and Red are absolute gems!!! So sweet and went out of their way to make sure we were happy and comfortable. Amazing personalities, so hospitable and kind. They are great assets to this property.

The room was old and outdated. None of the outlets worked because the plugs all fell out due to wear and age. No coffee for breakfast since their machine broke. Very limited breakfast selection. No napkins. No fruit. Overall a huge disappointment for $216 a night.

I stayed here for a work trip for about a week. It was lovely having free breakfast each morning, but note that the breakfast here is only until 9 am vs 10 am like other hotels. The front desk personnel were all very nice and friendly. The housekeepers were also very friendly. My only issue is that the hotel was very, very noisy. There were days I had to work from my hotel room but it was difficult to concentrate, even when using my air pods, due to banging, stomping, running, etc. I heard kids running more than a few occasions. It was also difficult to relax at night before bed for the same reasons. The loud noises would continue past 10 pm some nights. That is not at the fault of the hotel staff, though. I just want to give the heads up! The gym is small, but there are dumbbells and a couple of treadmills. The location isn't too far from trails if you're looking for some sort of physical activity, as Colorado Springs has plenty.

Not my usual standard of quality. The bed is like sleeping on a rock. For the prices the upkeep could be much better. It's clean just not comfortable, small elevator.

If I could give zero stars I would. Do NOT stay here or you will be charged extra fees! I stayed one night at this hotel. Received my bill the next day, emailed and it states $123.17 but my card was charged $258.48. I called and talked to hotel, which was extremely rude, and said I was charged a dog fee of $125. I do not own a dog, I am afraid of them due to a dog biting me several years ago. I told them I didn't have a dog and they could check the cameras. The guy said it was non-refundable and said " I can't help you, goodbye." So rude would not listen would not even try to help or get me to someone who could.

This is a great option for a budget Marriott brand hotel in Colorado Springs. Its location is convenient, safe, and still beautiful. Great stay near the highway. The staff here was the best I have seen outside of really high end hotels. 10/10 would recommend for the budget traveler.
