Fairfield Inn & Suites Cleveland Tiedeman Road - Hotel in Brooklyn - 5110 Tiedeman Rd, USA

I visited here for two nights while in town for a few ball games.||Hard to find any negatives about this hotel. It was easy to get to from the highway, there are good selection of dining options in the area, it's pretty close to an RTA station if you're so inclined, and it's close to the airport - but not too close. ||The staff I interacted with were all friendly, the check-in was quick, the property appeared clean and well maintained, and my room was spotlessly clean. ||My bed was very comfortable and reasonably quiet. ||The breakfast was the standard hotel fare - but there are a few proper breakfast places close by.||The hotel is very near a busy rail line. Personally, I'm not bothered by the sound of trains so it wasn't a deal breaker for me. ||I would definitely put this hotel to the top of my list for my next visit to Cleveland.

Pam at the front desk remembered us from our stay last year. She is so friendly! The hotel is beautifully maintained and very clean. The continental breakfast is included and there is plenty for a quick bite. This hotel suited our needs perfectly and we will stay here again in the future.

Pro - this hotel is fairly new so it’s very clean, well kept, the rooms are fresh and tidy. The service here is fantastic! The staff go above and beyond to help and say good morning, everyone. The hotel is less than 10 minutes from the airport for easy connections. The room I had was very spacious, two large tvs, a large couch, desk to work at and comfy bed. There are a few restaurants next to the hotel that offer discounts to guests including Panera, Cracker Barrel, and a Mexican. There’s also a Starbucks and gas station right opposite. Cons - it’s next to a train line, and the cargo trains go by often. If you’re a light sleeper, no go. But they are drowned out by the in room AC unit being on 24/7. Yes, you can turn off the heat/cold, but it has to keep running on low to circulate air. But it is not quiet… For me, I need a good nights sleep and I’ve struggled here. Nothing necessarily that the hotel can do or fix, except disconnect the access unit in the room, but that would be a code violation.

I stayed here twice within a week. Stopped coming and going in a road trip. Highlights: rooms were clean, front desk people were friendly and the lady maintaining the breakfast area was super nice and obviously took pride in keeping it clean and sanitized over there. My primary issue was that the pool appeared filthy, it was super murky and you can see so much visible dirt floating on top. And it was cold, double whammy. I only let my kids get in it for about 5 minutes before I had to force them out. That same evening the gym was also closed and the receptionist said it they didn’t know why it wouldn’t unlock and the maintenance person wasn’t on call. I suppose that might also explain why the pool was dirty.

We were very pleasantly surprised with this hotel. Despite having some issues due to a power outage, it was clear the staff were very attentive and tried to make everything as pleasant as possible in the situation. It was also very clean and the bathroom was one of the best I've seen in a while, even compared to a fancier place. Would 100% recommend staying here.

Even though it is beside rail road tracks don't let that deceive you. I had a room right at the end closest to the tracks and I did not hear anything. Nice clean hotel, with a very good breakfast. Great place to stay they allow Tractor trailer parking when the Hampton Inn across the highway wont. They have fantastic restaurants right next door. Staff are all 5 star people. I will be sure to stay here again next time I am in town.

The rooms were very clean and spatious! The front desk was super nice and accommodating. I didn't eat breakfast, nor swim in the pool, nor use the gym, so I can’t comment on those. The gym looked pretty clean.

This hotel is very good! Rooms are clean, and very well taken care of. Service is really good, as well as the staff being very kind, and helpful! Housekeepers are nice, and clean very thoroughly! They have a nice swimming pool that is little small. Car parking is free, and they have free wifi that is good. There are snacks for purchase near their front desk. Drinks such as coffee, water etc that is open for the whole day, and if there is no more, you can ask the receptionist to refill it! Very good hotel and really recommend it!
