Fairfield Inn & Suites Chickasha - Hotel in Chickasha - 2812 S 4th St, USA

We were in three different rooms for two nights. The first room had a poop stained toilet that had NOT been cleaned. We asked for a new room and moved to room #2. The A/C went out the next morning in room #2 so we moved to room #3. The shower pressure would go down to a dribble and then barely come back on. We were told it was a city wide issue but it wasn't an issue at our friend's house who lives in the city.|For our troubles, the manager comped us $20.00 off our $180/night room. We will not stay here again.

The staff were all so nice and helpful and the rooms are extremely clean and comfortable. Breakfast had a large variety of items. We were traveling with our one-and-a-half-year-old and she could eat everything as well. The breakfast bar attendant was very sweet. I would stay again 10/10

Staff is so friendly and accommodating. Rooms are clean and linen and towels replaced regularly. Best hotel I’ve stayed at in a long time.

The staff was nice. The room was cleanish. Everything seemed like it was done half hearted. I had to change dirty couch pull out sheets. The extra pillow was stained and smelled like onions. The entire carpet in the room was super sticky and turned our feet black. Which made the clean bathroom floor dirty. The towels were fresh and so were the king bed sheets. They give you fun little extras, wet wipes, qtips, cottonballs, etc. The breakfast was hot but went quick. We travel and stay in hotels a lot. Overall it was ok.

Worst place ever ! Mold on the walls if you get a room with pink on the wall paper that is mold seeping through. Staff would rather gossip and cuss loud enough for anyone walking through to hear . Breakfast was cold and left much to desire . Cold dry eggs bacon that looks microwaved cold coffee that the hardly replenish. Room was dusty showers has mold and hair all over . Dust in the vents and looked to be there building up for months. Place claims to be smoke free but just about every employee smells like an ashtray. Gm spent all her time on her phone or gossiping with coworkers when she should be the example of the hotel . Not professional at all. Nothing is in walking distance except for a single gas station everything else ypu have to drive or play frogger across a busy highway. Housekeeping barely refreshes the rooms definitely did not dust vacuum or mop just set new towels in took out trash and left . Nuot up to the standard Marriott sets. Half the staff avoids you like the plague . Housekeeping is loud noisy and lazy. Never will stay here again.

This hotel advertises that it has a pool but doesn't say anywhere that I could find on their website that the pool opens for Memorial day. We were there the week before Memorial day during 95 degree weather. The pool was running but they wouldn't allow anyone to use it , 😕

We really loved staying at this Fairfield. It was such a surprise to see how much they decorated for Halloween. It’s worth a stop even if you’re not staying there! The rooms were spotless, beds were comfy, showers were updated, and staff were always present and friendly. Breakfast had several options and the gym was well stocked. TVs worked great as well as the AC. We hope to stay here again next time we’re in town. Only issue was how loud the cleaners were in the morning. Definitely woke us up when they knocked across the hall while we were trying to sleep in. Other than that, it was a great stay.

We had a great stay at Fairfield inn. Staff is pleasant and our was clean and comfortable. Our bed was very comfortable. Shower has great flow and shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the shower too. Tv has streaming service ready to log in to use. Netflix, max, YouTube, prime, and others. Big tv. Spacious rooms with microwave and refrigerator. Carpets are clean. We didn’t hear any noise our entire stay and we were right next to the elevator. Restaurants and Walmart are a short drive away. I can’t say enough good things about this place. When we come to chickasha again we will definitely stay here.
