Fairfield Inn & Suites Cheyenne - Hotel in Cheyenne - 1415 Stillwater Ave, USA

Nick, Blake (or Jake, I'm pretty sure it's Blake) have great positive attitudes and were fantastic to work with. The day I checked in, the laundry machines that the housekeeping team uses were out of commission and they had to go to a local Laundromat to get the rooms ready. When I showed up mid afternoon, I was told my room was not ready yet. It was not a big deal to me since I wanted to go explore the town. Nick made sure to call me a couple hours later to let me know that my room was ready. I enjoyed exploring the town and staying at this property 😃.

This was an excellent place to stop. Staff were super helpful and friendly. The kids were excited to swim in the pool. Another thing we appreciated was the complimentary drinking water! Highly recommend this hotel. Breakfast was very good too. Scrambled eggs. Sausages, biscuits and gravy and much more !

It's no question an older property, nothing fancy, but well maintained for it's age. I had a great stay, the staff is also what makes the stay, they were all very friendly and accommodating, especially Blake. will absolutely stay again.

We would consider this a no frills Fairfield. The room was very small with only a chair to sit on. The television was quite small. The only ice machine is located on the first floor. When we checked in, the person the checked us in was wearing an untucked shirt, that was unbuttoned enough that you could see his chest tattoo- very unprofessional. We weren't even offered a bottle of water. We usually expect more from this brand as Lifetime Platinum members! Will definitely not stay here again and will let our corporate partners know to steer clear of this location.

The lobby has been redone, in a 70's motif - or it hasn't been done as the building is from the 70's. The hotel was understaffed, they are having problems keeping people - everyone there worked together covering extra shifts. I applaud the effort they were putting in there.

Positive: We stayed in this hotel previously and it was very nice. This time the roads were closed so we couldn't make it to Cheyenne. When we tried to cancel all we were able to do is listen to a computer. Negative: "" Negative: ""

I had to leave the hotel around 5:30am. The breakfast cook had everything ready. I got to have breakfast a hour early. Super happy with this place!!!!

Hotel staff was good but breakfast quality was poor. Sausage was undercooked, Biscuits could have used a bit more color. Fake eggs were tasteless and watery. All this aside, the hotel itself was great.
