Great experience at this Fairfield. Extremely clean, and close to all attractions, without being right in the thick of it. Great price. The staff was very friendly, and helpful. We needed towels at the pool one night, and the woman at the desk came right out with a full stack. Comfortable beds, secure doors, and great continental breakfast. The woman working the breakfast was efficient and worked very hard to keep it clean and stocked. Very happy with my stay!

This hotel was clean, affordable and their breakfast was actually really good. The ac in the room worked. No leaking plumbing. And the best part: there was no mildew smell. Other hotels need to take notes from this place. If in town, I will most definitely give you my business again.

I stayed here this past weekend that just passed! I booked through booking but when I went to check in they couldn’t find it but I wasn’t upset I was willing to just pay at the front desk but Ms.Tammy was so rude and customer service was awful from her. I would not recommend checking in if she is at the desk because literally we had complaints from other visitors that was with us. I know it was a busy weekend but she was just rude plain out simple! We still stayed even after all but Ms. Nicole was GREAT! She helped us all as we were checking out, great attitude and answered all questions! Very well going with her! The room was nice as well!

My family and I recently had a quick but thoroughly enjoyable stay at Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Chattanooga South/East Ridge. We were passing through on our way to Pigeon Forge and decided to break up our journey with a night at this hotel. The experience surpassed our expectations. The check-in process was impressively smooth. The front desk staff were notably pleasant and accommodating, particularly given my personal mobility challenges. As a wheelchair user, I often encounter hurdles during check-ins, but this was not the case here. The lady at the front desk had our details ready on arrival, making the process exceptionally easy for me. Our room was incredibly clean and spacious, much to our delight. The many bars in the handicap bathroom provided a sense of safety and security that is often lacking in other establishments. The room's size was also a significant advantage, as our traveling puppies had ample space to move about and feel comfortable. An additional joy was the well-maintained pool and hot tub, which were open until 11 pm. This later closing time was a delightful bonus, as most places usually close such facilities at 10 pm. We didn't have a chance to sample the breakfast due to a late start, but if it was anything like the rest of our stay, I'm confident it would have been top-notch. Overall, our short stay at Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Chattanooga South/East Ridge was a memorable one. The accommodation was comfortable, the staff was accommodating and friendly, and the facilities were excellent. We couldn't have asked for more. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone passing through Chattanooga, especially if you're travelling with pets or require accessible facilities.

I recently stayed at this property and while the rooms were good and clean, I was extremely disappointed with my overall experience due to overcharging. I noticed additional fees on my bill without any clear explanation from the staff. Despite multiple attempts to get a proper reason for the extra charges, I was met with vague and unhelpful responses. It's frustrating to deal with such poor customer service when everything else about the stay was satisfactory. I won't be returning to this hotel and urge others to be cautious of unexpected charges.

Very friendly staff. Nice room/bathroom - beds were too low accessible means different things. Very nice indoor pool and spa. Great breakfast. Would stay again. The front portico is being remodeled but it was ok to go to back to check in.

The main entrance is under construction but it is easy to get in the back entrance. The staff are all very nice. The hotel is very clean. The room we had was very clean with very comfortable beds. The rooms were quiet. The breakfast was fresh and clean with several choices. One of the better hotels I have stayed in recently with a great price!

I would gave a five star review if Tammy the front desk agent would not have been so rude. Would have stayed again also if not for her. When I asked her if she had a list of places to choose to eat at she said no. Only for me to have found out later from the very nice front clerk agent (didn't get her name which I'm sorry I didn't) they did have a paper with a list of restaurants. Also I was upset about the price being different then the price i got through my online booking. She didnt care to explain, she basially told me in so many words that it was my problem not hers.The rooms were nice and the amenities were great! Too bad they have that lady working there to ruin it.
