Fairfield Inn & Suites Cape Girardeau - Hotel in Cape Girardeau - 433 Cape West Crossings, USA

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. It was very clean and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was decent, though nothing to write home about. The hotel is relatively new and conveniently located right off the highway. I would definitely consider staying here again if I'm in the area.

I went on a solo trip, stayed a couple nights. Bed left some to be desired (I'm spoiled by the fluffy goodness at residence inn) simple hot breakfast. Mindful staff. Very clean, except for whatever was growing in the in room coffee maker. 9/10 will probably stay again.

Hotel was great, pool was very nice and clean. I would definitely stay here again only if new staff and management is available I was given a 4 o’clock check out only to later find out that I should have never gotten it if I could go on the system and put it in there then after I checked out I asked the front Desk manager, Amber, was it OK to utilize the pool area and she said yes and later after we were on the road back home I received another authorization on my debit card for $110. I called the hotel and they Told me I was being charged because I utilize their identity after checkout. Waiting on general manager to call me back before I have to dispute the transaction with my financial institution.

Fairfield just recently opened. Convenient off I55 and 74 a across Mississippi river. Refrigerator in room did nor work. Breakfast next morning "served" till 9:30AM. , but food was gone at 9:15 when we arrived for breakfast. Staff was clearing away last bit, restocking paper goods. Bed and room were fine, but new, so expected. Work to do in other areas.

Nice, clean hotel with a salt water pool. The staff were knowledgeable and friendly. We stayed for a night out but it was also the eclipse weekend, so the hotel was definitely hustling and bustling so to say. We will stay again! Nice addition to Cape Girardeau.

Checked into the hotel to find parents drinking in the breakfast area, kids running around out of control, kids in parking lot throwing baseballs & several hit cars, kids had wet towels all over the lobby floor & empty food containers. That was just the beginning. Went to bed at 9 pm but was up till 4am because kids were running up & down the halls screaming & knocking on all the doors. This was on the 3rd floor. At breakfast, heard it also happened on the 4th floor. Not sure who was worse, kids or parents. Staff could not control them. Parents & kids were told about the curfew several times & no one listened. Manager said it was out of her control. Staff member did try to help & was sympathic but not the management. Where did the days go that parents taught their children how to behave & where the customer is always right. Terrible night & will not be back.

Overnighted here this past weekend on a short trip. Last minute reservation and many hotels were sold out due to a youth tournament. Got a king sized suite and was really happy with it. Very clean, smelled nice, bathroom was exceptional and service was fast and thorough. Room was near the interstate, but kept the a/c on fan mode and didnt hear a thing. Nice breakfast that was kept restocked on a very busy morning. Im only deducting one star for the ignorant bonvoy app that NEVER works, super frustrating. Property is a win though and recommended.

Business Travelers are not valued. Stopped here on business on a Sunday. The Hotel allowed a party for recent graduates from a local college. Called the front desk twice with no result. Informed the front desk upon check out. Just got a “too bad, so sad” attitude.
