Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott San Francisco Airport/Millbrae - Hotel in Millbrae - 250 El Camino Real, USA

We spent 2 nights at this 3 star hotel, close to SFO. Our room was dated, but clean. The bed was comfortable, the linens were nice, but the towels and washcloths had seen better days. There was a low flow shower head which made showering agonizingly long. Lack of decent water pressure in a hotel shower is ridiculous when you're paying almost $200 a night for a room, parking and hospitality fees. The included breakfast was typical and more than satisfactory. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The room was prepaid and upon checkout we paid the final bill of $59.98 for 2 nights parking x $20.00, 2 hospitality charges x $8.00 and 2 MasterCard charges x $2.00, talk about "Nickle and Diming" the customer (Hospitality and Mastercard charges???)! Upon checking my credit card statement, there was an additional charge of $3.72. We charged nothing at all at this hotel, didn't even buy a bottle of water. I would suggest everyone who stays here to check there credit card statements. If this hotel charges every customer an extra few dollars, they've got some racket going on there!

First off I want to say how amazing Victoria was. I flew in from Honolulu and when I walked in, she had a smiling face and was very kind took care of everything very fast and I got to the room. It was already midnight and had to be at SFO by 4 AM for the next flight hotel was amazing. Everything was clean in the room. The bed was very comfortable. I only got a couple hours sleep but woke up like I just slept for 12 hours. Definitely stay here again.

Booked my room last minute, and it was very reasonably priced given the location. Om, who greeted me at the front desk, was very personable and friendly, and he made me feel welcomed. The room met my needs, and it was cool that it had separated lounging and sleeping quarters with televisions in both. I had no complaints!

Sometimes I question why I’ve locked myself into Marriott’s loyalty program. |However, when I walk in the door of this Marriott all doubts are removed. . The front desk staff is amazing and Om welcomes me like a long lost friend. What a wonderful welcome after my flights. I hope you cross paths with him. |The hotel is clean and well maintained.

Great location near the San Francisco airport. Very friendly staff. Om at the front desk gave us a warm welcome and was a great help with restaurant and activity suggestions. Extra large rooms with many restaurants within walking distance.

This location is home away from home thanks to the friendly front desk staff. All staff are so kind and caring. I would like to acknowledge Razika, Debbie and Om for their contributions to the customer experience. Juan and his crew for making sure rooms are ready for our return. Also a special shout out to the manager Michelle who's dedication to excellence is obvious. The rooms are great but these people will make your stay feel like a family member.

Solid 3.0 rooms were clean, modern enough, although TVs are really small. Bathrooms are good, water is hot. Walking distance to the Bart/Caltrain is very convenient, tons of good food options all around the area. As a titanium member there were no upgrades, I didn't get much of a late check out without some additional tug of war and ended up settling on 30-minutes less than my maximum allowable which seems like they could have just given me the whole thing if they wanted to.

The staff here is incredibly accommodating with early check in’s, late checkouts and luggage storage. Housekeeping was excellent and refilled our towels/soap daily. Front desk was very friendly. If I ever fly out here again and need a hotel, I’ll remember to book here. Thank you all for your hospitality!
