Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Service: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The service at the Fairfield in downtown Omaha was impeccable. From the moment we arrived, the staff was attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. **Cleanliness: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐** The cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding. Every area of the hotel, from the lobby to the rooms, was well-maintained, spotless, and hygienic. It's clear that they take great pride in maintaining a clean environment for their hotel. Our stay at the Fairfield in downtown Omaha was nothing short of excellent. The combination of stellar service, pristine cleanliness made our visit memorable. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Omaha for its top-notch hospitality and attention to detail. A local rail line runs outside the hotel on the back side if you want to sleep in ask for an even numbered room. You’ll still hear the train but it shouldn’t be too loud the conductor was polite with the horn and it didn’t start until around 7:30 am

Be aware that the 2 bed rooms are 2 doubles and not queen, so they are going to sleep a little small by standard hotel bed sizes. Hot tub being broken seems like an ongoing problem. The location is also on the edge of what I'd feel comfortable with walking after dark. Service was amazing, however. nice variety of healthy options for breakfast, not just the usual high-carb fare.

My first impression was this was in the middle of homelessville. Lots of people walking and sitting around on the streets around the hotel. Loud truck traffic on the street behind the hotel. Luckily, it stopped over night. The staff was super friendly and very security conscious. Doors locked at 7 pm. Pay for parking $10 per night. Not sure why, I was worried about the car being safe. It ended up being fine. Nice hotel for the money and close to downtown and Charles Schwab Field.

My Granddaughter had her 10th Yr B-day Party .The Price was reasonable .The Room was Nice and Roomy with a Pull out Coach Bed. Swimming and Breakfast the next Morning. I will be booking My Own Relax / Vacation Soon for Myself .

Hotel was decent and clean. The staff was very friendly. Room was cool. Warm breakfast in the morning was good. I forgot to take pictures but the website photos are comprable. We will definitely stay there again.

Decent hotel terrible management (Daniel) the General manager had a bad attitude and responded with negative tone. If the GM behavior is like this i question upper management for putting this guy in charge. I do not recommend.

Positive: Good location to downtown and was clean. Negative: Had an extra $10 charged to my credit card, never bought anything at the hotel unless they charged me for the "free" breakfast. They never emailed me my receipt like they said they would. Now I have to dispute the charge on my credit card.

My wife left a couple of her dresses hanging in her room closet after checking out. She realized this later on that day and called to arrange a friend to pick them up for her. It seems someone who works there has taken the dresses as their own. Someone's already worn clothing. The dresses aren't fancy, the action is absolutely gross.
