Great hotel - clean, comfortable & staff great. Room was one of best we have stayed in & great selection of food, drinks, etc in tuck shop. Also the location to restaurants, etc was great. ||Our only concern when we arrived were the number of homeless in the area, and being located next to Cracker Barrel there were lots of overnight cars & motorhomes in the lot next door. We felt uneasy overnight, however our vehicle & belongings were safe. |

Positive: The staff were excellent. Check-in was a breeze, plenty of parking. Our room was clean and comfy. Negative: Quantity of breakfast foods was limited. People had to wait for them to be refreshed.

One star for having a pull out couch that is absolutely uninhabitable. I woke up with bruises on my back from sleeping on metal springs and bars. The pull out couch bed is not suitable for any being with nerve endings. I am in so much pain in my legs and hips. There is a huge metal bar running down the middle and a collapsed mattress. You feel every spring. I didn't have high expectations of comfort, but laying directly on the springs of a bed that is advertised is egregious. I asked the front desk if they could give me a few comforters to pad it and they "didn't have enough". I did get one comfortor. It did not help. The comfortor on the actual bed was extremely musty. The staff obviously cleans but they are hostile in the hallways and inneficient. There was long dog hair trailing down the hall and on the carpet inside as we arrived. Having a short haired dog at the hotel myself I would expect a deeper level of cleanliness. Especially since the pet fee is $50. A reasonable price, but still surprised to see it pre-haired. The cherry on top of our stay was the maid knocking very loudly on the door starting at 10:50 am. Check out is at 12:00. My dog got riled up each time. It made the check out process really stressful and honestly it's disrespectful. It's obvious they want you out of there. It's their hotel policy that the maids can start knocking after 10:00 am, even if you have the privacy sign on the door. The front desk staff told me this. It was not a pleasant morning. Body wash and conditioner dispensers were empty when I took a shower, but I doubt they're worth it. The shampoo stripped my hair worse than a clarifying shampoo. V05 would be a higher quality. Shower is kinda dingy, mould stains in the grout, really low water pressure. The bathroom is pretty spacious, so that was nice. I'm hoping this room, and our experience with the housekeeping staff was a one off, because otherwise I really like the facilities. The hotel itself is perfectly suitable. There's a "business center" which is a computer & printer in the main lobby by the elevator. A nice gym, and small indoor pool. Continental breakfast in the morning and a large restaurant space to eat in. There's a nice patio with a fire pit just outside of the "restaurant" portion. They also have a little convenience store with some toiletries, wine, beer, sodas, water, snacks, and candy. There are so many dogs staying here, which is great for me, and dog owners with sociable pups, but if you're allergic I'd steer clear. Right off the freeway, surrounded by restaurants, a gas station next door, and Wal Mart across the street. 10 minutes drive from downtown. Front desk staff is pleasant. It was a nice touch to see hello, Name! On the TV as you come in. Easy to navigate TV, it automatically logs you out of your streaming. Some of the streaming log ins don't work. The hotel experience is not, however "driven, and impressive" as the videos on the welcome screen assert.

I enjoyed staying here. My experience has always been good with Fairfield, but this hotel was even better than most due to updated rooms. The rooms were thoroughly cleaned, and everything was very nice looking. I'd definitely recommend this hotel to those traveling through.

1. Rooms nice clean as Marriotts usually are. But wish there had been an easy chair in the room. If I had another person with me I'm sure they would have appreciated it. Even handicap folks would like another nice chair to watch TV from (not the hard desk chair). 2. Service..when I pulled into town I stopped in a parking lot to call the hotel and see if they had a microwave in the rooms, the front desk man gave me such a third degree ie: my res date (I already had said that) tonight, my name, my res number, ALL I WANTED TO KNOW WAS DID THE ROOMS HAVE A MICROWAVE? A general question. If they had not I would eat at the restaurant, if they did I would take my food to go and eat in my room. I had driven for hours, I'm 75 years old and I was tired. I hung up on him. Now..the good news is my check in was a super pleasant experience with a lady on the front desk. Also later in the night the guy named Josh..very good, helpful with my want for sugar for my AM tea. So redemption by these two.

Very friendly staff. This location offers a great warm breakfast with hot and cold options to choose from. They also offer complimentary small bottles of water at front desk in addition to a decanter if flavored water. Cookies are also served around happy hour.

Friendly and helpful service, location walkable to many things, clean and contemporary rooms. Special thanks to front desk staff that have gone above-and-beyond for me during several of my many stays.
