Clean rooms, good service, breakfast was great. Quiet rooms, well decorated, all the normal accommodations. Would definitely stay again. Walking distance to good restaurants. Great place...

My hubby and I spent Friday, October 20th over night. Our oldest granddaughter was getting married in the area. The staff was friendly. Hotel looked very nice. Our room was nice too. The hotel is very quiet. Didn't hear people walking up and down the hallway. Didn't hear doors slamming shut. The hotel was booked. We arrived early and they checked us in. Continental breakfast 🥣 was delicious. Check out was 12:00pm. That was wonderful. I didn't worry about getting up early, packing everything up, then scramble to go to breakfast. If we go to Mankato again we will diffently get a room there.

Not a pet friendly hotel, even if you have a an ID for support dog they only recognize Service animals but other than that the staff is very friendly and helpful. Sean was very nice and professional and Anna was also. We were going to be staying a week or longer but was asked after 2 night stay at 9:30am by Adam to be out by Noon. We had no complaints at all with 2.5lb Yorkie “Zoey” it’s just not a pet friendly hotel. I have stayed in about 30 alone this year and never had this problem but I left and had room inspection myself by management before I checked out said room was one of the most cleanest rooms they have ever inspected. This place needs updating in a bad way. The rooms are clean-ish but the bathrooms are always disgusting. Luckily for them, the Courtyard is always booked so I have to stay here to get my Marriott points.

Brittany and Anna were fantastic. I really recommend this hotel, it felt nice and nothing got in the way for my trip. If you need a place to stay in mankato, great spot.

First time I ever left a hotel and didn’t stay. Let me say the staff was amazing about it and kind… but the rooms were so moldy and musty smelling it was a place we knew we could not spend another minute in with allergies. This place needs some major updates and a new air system. Picture was of the ac unit in the second room we tried before leaving. I felt bad leaving bc the staff was so great, but the hotel itself needs repair - especially when charging almost $200 a night

Worst hotel I've ever stayed at in 25 years of traveling. Rooms are dirty and smelly, mold growing in cracks in the bathroom floor, purring deiseal engines all night 30 feet from rear room windows in the Best Buy parking lot, and the topper.... THEY HAVE BED BUGS!!!! So shower and scrub well and bag them clothes. Spend your money any place else but here.

Sean was amazing and Housekeeping was good. They had a lady bug issue and only sean when above and beyond to take of them for me and i was there for 26 day.
