The staff at this location was some of the best that we have experienced in years. Everyone we encountered was friendly and helpful. Hotel is in a excellent location right off I-65 in nice area with a Cracker Barrel and convenience store right across the street. The hotel is a newer Fairfield and was clean with the grounds well maintained. Breakfast was what you would expect from a Fairfield. We did have a few problems. First was a BAD odor in the room which staff said may have been coming from the shower drain and the other was the bathroom door would not close, would contribute both to poor hotel construction. For the rate we paid hotel was a good value. Because of the staff would stay again and hope they take care of odor.

This was an overnight stop on our drive through bourbon country on our way home from a vacation with family. The location was convenient to the interstate. Our mobile key worked as expected, so checking in on the app and heading straight to our room was a breeze. The hotel is clean and new feeling. We would've liked there to have been a hot tub by the pool, but we knew what we were (weren't:) getting when we made the reservation. There looked to be a nice sitting area outside the indoor pool. The pillows were puny and not to my liking, but that's probably a personal preference. Also, had we contacted the front desk, they likely would've helped. We would definitely stay here again!

Just a quick overnight stay on our road trip, but a great stop. The room (4th floor) was clean and quiet. The breakfast area was very clean, and constantly being wiped down, had plenty of options. Worth noting a nice surprise for food allergy families, an Udi’s blueberry muffin! Way to go, Fairfield! Would stay here again!

We checked into this hotel at the last minute the night before the eclipse last week and it is hands down THE BEST HOTEL WE'VE EVER STAYED IN! The front desk staff (at check in and check out) we're friendly and courteous, and they didn't price gouge either (which many of the area hotels were doing due to the proximity to the eclipse event). We thoroughly enjoyed every minute there - the room was beautiful and clean, the bed was SO comfortable, the shower was wonderful (great water pressure), and the breakfast area was comfortable with good food. It truly could not have been better.

We arrived here after midnight, without a reservation. A bad storm and tornado warnings had interrupted our drive home. Despite the late hour, we were greeted warmly, and provided with a spacious room with two queens. The room was very clean, and the bathroom was spotless. We enjoyed the 6AM breakfast, before departing for home. Easy to find, directly off the highway. Would return.

Excellent hotel. The room is HUGE! Which was a very nice surprise. the beds were comfortable. Very nice amenities in the room. It was clean and well set up. Everything worked well. The breakfast is above average for a hotel breakfast. I liked the variety of toppings for the cereals. I would highly recommend this Fairfield Inn.

Hotel is practically brand new— it even smells like new construction. Everything is clean, tidy, and straightforward. Everything you would want out of a hotel off the freeway. HOWEVER, the absolute game changer is the shower. Honestly worth the price of the nightly rate in and of itself.

We just walked in and asked for a room! Nikki and Linda were so helpful and nice to us. We decided last minute to stay here instead of driving back and forth for baseball. We had nothing with us and they were so nice to give us a care package with toiletries to for the night. Beautiful clean hotel and wonderful staff! 5 STARS FOR NIKKI AND LINDA
