Definitely not what I expect when I stay at a “Marriott” hotel. I’ve been here for 6 days now with 7 others co-workers in their own rooms, each complaining of the same thing everyday; no hot water in the showers. It’s just barely comfortable enough to take a quick shower and get out. Disappointed to say the least. We intend to leave for a new hotel as soon as we can get enough rooms reserved for our group elsewhere.
I am writing this review just a couple of hours after checking in. And I look forward to singing their praises again upon checking out. When traveling with kids and needing to get them settled, every moment is important. The staff worked with kindness and support to not only get us in a room as quickly as possible, but also one that could accommodate requests. We’ve been overwhelmed about the quality of the facilities, as well as the service. Our first experience at this property, and thankful that it’s been so ideal.
Horrible experience with the front desk. We are traveling with pets and at check-in we were advised that the pets would each have their own $100 deposit that had to be paid in cash. We thought it was weird but it was late and we just wanted to get to our room as we had been traveling for 3 days across the US. Come to check-out in the morning and our $200 cash was not applied to our room and the new person that was there in the morning had no idea what was going on and tried to charge the pet deposit fees to our credit card on file making us pay $400 for our pets! Which is clear, they can take pet deposits ON A CARD, not just cash. Our travel is covered by my husbands company with an itemized receipt and they could not provide us with one showing our pet deposits. Kinda strange where that $200 went? Their count at the end of the night clearly wasn’t over $200, it must’ve ended up in someone’s pocket and we won’t be reimbursed by this. DO NOT pay cash here. Night manager Jacob i believe, was not being honest with us and I never got a call to fix this like the girl at the front desk told me in the morning. This place needs to check their cameras and logs for this $200. Guaranteed this isn’t the first time this has happened, but I’m the first person to need and itemized with all payments shown. VERY disappointed as we always stay at a Fairfield Inn when traveling.
I don't know if this hotel is just extremely disorganized or if it is pure dishonesty. I stayed here in September with my husband. I payed online in full before I even got there. On our day of checkout I made the mistake of asking for a paper receipt of my charges and the clerk asked me to insert my card to pull up my transactions. I thought it was odd but I did and she charged me an additional $333 on the card I inserted. I asked why that happened and she acted very nervous and said that it would all be refunded to my account and that it was just incidentals. So far nothing has been returned to my account like she said it would. I have tried working it out with the hotel and they claim that their records show no outstanding charges however I have my bank statements to prove that I should have been charged $860.39...... they charged $1,193.93. I would never stay here again and recommend that other people don't either.
Located north of Vegas, around 30 mins drive from the strip. It is right off highway 95, conveniently located close to stores and gas stations. The The hotel is neat and clean, rooms are tidy and have good amenities on site. They do have a gym in place. Breakfast is basic but service is slow.
Rooms are very basic and clean. Don’t expect to get your regular free breakfast here. We went down at 9:00 to eat and there was no food. Even the coffee and hot water was empty. They only had yogurt, dry cereal and a few apples and oranges.
Room was clean, service was always friendly. One comment, breakast is advetised till 10AM however they run out of food at times and don't refill. Tbe location is only issue. For some convenient however our room was on highway side and for this country boy, too loud.
We needed a hotel to crash in driving through Las Vegas but did not want to stay near the strip at all. This was SO perfect! It’s near a neighborhood and strip mall. The rooms are the cleanest I’ve ever seen in a hotel like this (and trust me I am picky) and the breakfast was the best continental breakfast I’ve ever had. Seriously! It was so clean, well stocked, fresh, and everything tasted great. I told my husband that this is a new hidden gem when we drive through Vegas on our way to a California. It’s perfect for families as it’s quiet. It’s located near a freeway on ramp so you can hear obnoxiously loud cars often, but I would absolutely stay here again. Bravo to this hotel! Excellent job.

Probably about the only âdownsideâ to staying here is the fact that itâs on what is essentially a one way street. There is a concrete median so you canât pull in here if youâre coming from the south. Youâll have to circle around back - le

I enjoyed a one night stay at this hotel. We chose this hotel due to its proximity to the strip, free breakfast and shuttle bus service to Aria. There is a lot of construction going on nearby, making the walk to the strip a bit more challenging. I di
