We really enjoyed our stay here. The rooms are super clean and comfortable. The hotel itself is new and very clean. The only complaint we had was that we wished the indoor pool was warmer. The water was quite chilly. But overall, great stay!
Booked a room well in advance, double checking to be sure that the reservation included a bathtub, which is necessary for a spine condition. Arrived only to be told that the hotel “all out” of the room I had reserved, even though it was moments after check in time had begun. Luckily they were able to substitute a worse room; also, luckily, the price was just as high. If you like to stay in facilities where you are able to smell the bathroom odors from other units when you turn on the bathroom fan in your “suite,” then this is DEFINITELY the place for you. I must add that the desk clerk who checked us in was very polite and had a terrific attitude. It is unfortunate that he is not in charge of customer service overall; the property would not be so awful if that were the case. Not even going to mention the tiny and unsanitary swimming pool. The coffee bar is open 24 hours, and is extra safe: the carafes that aren’t empty are at least ice cold. No chance to burn yourself! This hotel is unsatisfactory in so many inconsequential ways that all add up to a miserable experience. Do yourself a favor-find a different motel, or just sleep in your car. Overpriced and awful.
Stayed at the Fairfield Inn in Klamath Falls for 2 nights. Stay was enjoyable. Large rooms with microwave, refrigerator, and coffee maker. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom had a walk in shower and large. Quiet rooms. Our room overlooked the lake. New hotel in an area of Klamath Falls being developed. Hotel sits on a lake with an outside patio to enjoy and a path to walk around the lake. Breakfast was sufficient with hot and cold dishes and plenty of room for sitting. Plenty of free parking. Would stay here again.
The rooms on the back overlooking the lake are nice because there are a lot of waterfowl to observe. The pool is small but warm enough for a swim. The hotel breakfast was extensive. The room is large and bathroom nice. I hate the newer Marriott mattresses as they are very soft and unsupportive for my spine and I have trouble sleeping well on them. There is a super-annoying blinking light on some device on the ceiling over the bed, which seems to have a motion detector as it blinks faster when you move around or get up in the dark. It may be attached to the a/c which I always turn off at night. There's also a bright-ish light on the remote control unit for the automatic blinds. Bring a sleep mask or throw a black t-shirt over your eyes to sleep here if you're sensitive to lights. The staff was very good.
Ideal location, on the lake and walking distance to downtown. I’ve stayed here a handful of times and each time I stay, the place is immaculate! The front desk is attentive and helpful. The stairwells, common areas, restrooms, any room I’ve stayed in, fitness center, and lobby are all pristine. The covered deck adjacent to the lake, is a great spot to relax and unwind. The breakfast area is clean. I hope they will purchase an additional cooking pot, because on biscuits and gravy days, they use the pot for gravy and they offer instant oatmeal. I’d really like to see a vat of oatmeal daily rather than instant packets. I’d also switch the cups to the left of the coffee pots because the flow could improve when people pour and prep their coffee. I was there for a three night stay and hoped I’d score some pre-made omelettes one day, but I only found powdery eggs. It’s a bit awkward that the serving utensils at the buffet are way over to the left of the serving dishes, but I’m not sure that they can push the chafing dishes back and allow room for the utensils and spoon rests. It seems like the chafing dishes were just installed too close to the edge - property owner or corporate, care to fix this? Any atrocities I saw were at the hands of guests. People who set their trash outside of their door rather than walk it to the trash cans, and one man handled the English muffins, but used tongs for the one he was going to eat, gee thanks. Anyhow, clean as a whistle, well stocked rooms, clean drinking fountains, and an overall bright spot when patronizing budget-friendly hotels. We happened to spend the Fourth of July here, and it was entirely heartwarming to see the diversity and multi-culturalism among the hotel guests, all congenially viewing the fireworks from the deck, ‘Mericuh! Housekeeping works very hard, because it is evident they do a great job and take pride in their work. The white linens are fresh, snowy-white and the beds are well made. I’d gently suggest that they double check for stagnant water in the irons. I had to clean out the smelly water, but this was the fault of the cad who stayed in the room prior to my stay. My highest compliments to the staff that make this property a great place to stay. It’s definite bright spot in Klamath Falls. Fantastic hospitality!
Fantastic Marriott Hotel! Get the Lake view. No extra charge if available. Breakfast is awesome. I love the mobile check-in. For some reason I can't get my electronic key though

Best homey diner experience. They treat you like family. My Pops comes up from Sacramento, California to visit and they remember his order! Their milkshakes are fantastic. Their serving sizes are generous. The friendliest customer service ever.

1st time I ordered from them thru delivery. Their Carne asade was awesome. Tender meat, no gristle and marinated. Will not order from anyone else from now on. Jalapeños was horrible, tough meat and full of gristle. Horrible food.
I had a great time speaking to a bunch of students for Herald and News in Klamath falls, Oregon here at the beautiful Ross Ragland Theater. Absolutely gorgeous. I would go back anytime. Great sound, great lighting, great place, great time.
