Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Jackson Airport - Hotel in Pearl - 407 Riverwind Dr, USA

This was a good experience with only one exception. ||I'm a bed snob. I used to work for a mattress company and it's pretty unusual that I can be really happy with the beds in Hotels. They very very thick with lots of padding. I can even sleep on my side so that was a fantastic surprise. ||The location has many choices around for eating, I would highly recommend the Frisco deli which is basically almost across the street.||The breakfasts here are fine, although a little bit repetitive.||Each room does have a refrigerator but here comes the exception. There are no microwaves in the room. There's one downstairs next to the front desk. That's it. Well the Suites have them I guess||If there was a microwave in the room, I would give this a complete five star rating.||I just walked in on a Wednesday and got $104 read or whatever. So to get a bed as good as I have for only $104 I thought that was a good value

The hotel staff is amazing they gave us great recommendations for food in the area. The hotel is clean the beds are comfortable overall it was a wonderful day and the breakfast was delicious. I cut myself and went to the front desk and they were so polite and gave me Band-Aids and stuff to clean it with and they seemed overall very concerned.

Great location but you won’t hold a wedding reception here. As a Marriott Titanium Elite Member it is a good hotel for an overnight stay anytime. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Lots of locations to eat and very close to the I-20/I-55 interchange. Give it a shot while passing through the Jackson area.

We stayed at this hotel while on vacation. It's in a great location surrounded by lots of restaurants. Over the hotel is pretty good but can use a good makeover. The rooms are a little dated and in need of some repairs. Stains in carpet, some of the furniture has been worn, and the bathroom is missing things. Not a bad place to stay, just needs a little renovation. The staff was very helpful and made sure we had everything we needed.

Room was neat and clean. Bed was comfy and the breakfast was ok. The front desk staff was great and very informative and was able to assist me with an extra night. Whenever I’m in the area and need a quick stay, I’ll most definitely stay here

I had a horrible and scary experience. The bathroom of the room I stayed in had a defective door lock/handle (the door doesn’t open once shut even though you didn’t lock it). So imagine my panic when I finished my shower and I realized I was locked inside and couldn’t get out. I had no clothes with me (only couple towels), it was steamed, it was late and I was extremely exhausted after a long drive. The Fire Department had to break down the door for me to get out. Luckily I had my phone with me, so I could call for help, but if I haven’t it with me only God knows when I would be rescued/found. Although I appreciate they refunding the money and for apologizing for the incident, it’s safe to say I won’t be going to stay there again. This wasn’t the only thing that bothered me that night. Prior to this incident, I had already disliked that the elevator wasn’t working (not fun have heavy stuff to carry up the stairs). Also, I didn’t like the weird smell inside the room. And I had an impression that the bed sheet weren’t as clean as it should.

This by far has the trashiest, most unprofessional staff ever! My family and I had been in town for a family reunion. Everyone in our family who used the reservation block link that we received months in advance; for one reason or another all had our rooms canceled. The elevator did not work. The room type that were advertised were not available. The staff were not helpful and acted as if we inconvenienced them 🙄. Save your money. The 9 rooms part of the family had issues with, went to another chain entirely. I would not recommend, refer, patronize this location again.

The front desk was so nice and accommodating to our needs. Our room was very clean,comfortable and handicapped accessible. We will definitely be staying here again in the future.|The location is a very big plus. Because you are conveniently located in walking distance of a wide selection of restaurants and shops…😊
