Really nice hotel, looks brand new. Check in was quick and the young man was very personable. King suite was perfect, plenty of room, comfortable bed. The bathroom was clean and the shower was top notch. Breakfast was pretty good each morning. Hotel was in a perfect location, surrounded by restaurants and a mall. Would use this hotel again if back in the area.

I stay here at least once a year whenever I am in Tennessee. Clean rooms, amazing service, great location, even the options for breakfast are really good. Parking is accessible and there is a side door on the second floor that you can scan your mobile key to get in. The app makes things a lot easier also. I could go on, I would highly recommend this hotel!

Pleasant surprise. Newer hotel, everything is very clean & decorated nicely. We reserved a king suite which was large and very comfortable.|Location is great, ample parking. I was very surprised at the complimentary breakfast. There was a lot to choose from between hot foods and quick on the go items. Everything was really good and what a value to have that added into the room cost.

Andy was friendly and smiles checking me on. Hotel clean. He even upgraded my room. Room is big and clean. Great view. Bed was comfy. Pillows are a Lil too soft. Pool felt good even if it's small. Breakfast spread was good. Scrambled eggs, sausage, yummy waffles, cereal, etc. Very good coffee when it's fresh. Felicia was sweet as I checked out. They are blessings. I'd come again just for an overnight shopping n restaurants within walking distance.

Wonderful new property. Beautifully open, spacious lobby with lots of areas to sit. Its clean, and well lit. Has a small pool and an open, nice looking gym. Room was nice. Comfy beds/pillows, well lit big bathroom, all room clean but had a cig smoke like smell. It hit us in the face everytime we entered our room. Yuck. I woke up puffy with sore throat. Breakfast was good. Eggs, sausage,yogurt, fruits, cereals, waffles etc. Fresh/good selection.|Had a great outside upper area with tables and stuff .....but closed at 9pm and i know im not the only one to think that not ok.|Staff was "meh"...greeted with a neutral "checking in?"...didnt seem to care when we left either. As well as not having atire that was brand specific..passed in hall...outside.... then later saw them behind desk. Odd. Loved the location! Easy walking to food/mall... Stay was B+ i'd stay again

Ok place to stay, very spacious and clean in a good location had a nice breakfast in the morning. Had nice and convenient parking both on the parking garage or outside. However the rooms wall must of been made of cardboard because you could here guest on all side of the room though out the night and was not at all quite. If back in the area will probably look for a different hotel.

Nice, comfortable, efficient. It was not crowded while we stayed, which was a plus. Breakfast was awesome. Our housekeeper was nice. Front desk was nice. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.

This is by far the best Fairfield I’ve ever stayed in! Everything from the food, great customer service, cleanliness of the rooms…everything was too notched! Also, this location was walking distance to a shopping center and plenty of local eats which was very convenient. Fefe at the front desk showed us nothing but kindness from the time we met her until the time we checked out and the manger Kevin was so gracious clearing up a little mishap we came across. All in all, I highly recommend this hotel and location if you’re ever in the greater Nashville area.
