We loved the hotel. It smelled clean, and it was visibly clean. The desk personnel and the young lady working in the breakfast area were very nice and polite. As far as location, it was easy to get to. Our only real complaint was that the beds and pillows were too soft. They needed to have a little firmness in them. If we are ever in the area, we will come back.
Room was spacious and comfortable, and staff was friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend, and we would definitely stay here again. (I should have taken the pictures before we got comfortable. Sorry for the mess! 🥴)
I was very disgusted on where the guy placed me. I was on the 2nd floor amidst all of these workers that were painting. The guy said it would have no affect on where I was staying but it did. It was very hazardous all the stuff they had going on. I have tried too contact Mr. Patel several times and too no avail he is not available. Sir the 2nd floor of your hotel is very unsafe. God forbid someone gets up there and hurt themselves. Not a pretty look.
Stayed here for a night on business. I had a king suite. It was very comfortable and clean.
The staff was very friendly and the complimentary breakfast was good.
No complaints and would stay here again.
This hotel redeemed double points and an extra room and still has not returned the 16,000 points. I have called Marriott directly and they keep pushing it back to the hotel. The hotel is slow to respond and keep telling me it’s handled. It’s been 6 weeks since the stay and still not resolved. Won’t ever stay at this location again!
This is a great place to stay. The staff is so friendly and helpful. There are lots of choices for breakfast. North Charleston needs to fix the pot holes. These businesses pay a lot of taxes. It would be to everyone's advantage to have decent roads to visit them on.
Overall I rated this hotel a one star. The rooms are dated and the room I was in wasn't cleaned very well. It also had a weird smell and the toilet made a screeching noise every time you flushed it. The bed in was broken. The hot breakfast was good and the staff was nice however they would often be gone from the front desk and you would either have to comeback or wait several minutes for someone to reappear. Location was great.
Room was hard to cool even with thermostat set on 65 and the blinds closed. Front desk (afternoons) very short on answers, and didn't seem to be very engaging. Breakfast was good for what you get. Lady who took care of breakfast did a great job!
Location was super for what I needed.

Upon check-in, I discovered that my reservation had been changed to a King room, despite needing two double beds. However, the desk clerk went above and beyond to promptly resolve the issue. What impressed me the most was her attention to detail, as
Such a nice hotel for the price. Very modern, very clean and upscale details. The staff was also so wonderful. If you are attending an event at the North Charleston coliseum, this is the perfect spot and itâs right next door.
The whole staff was excellent and very accommodating. They went out of their way to make sure our stay was most delightful. I am handicapped and so was my daughter and they helped us so much. The room was really and comfortable. The breakfast bar
Had a great time watching the guys throw axes at Blade & Bull in Park Circle area of N. Charleston. Staff was nice and helpful getting them going. They had a bar and then seating in the axe throwing area to watch your group as well. Closed toe shoes
