Excellent staff, service, and amenities. On site laundry is fantastic as an amenity, but I recommend that they would change the dryer because unfortunately I had to run my clothes several times through the dryer. They have a fitness center and a pool. The rooms are clean and the cleaning staff are wonderful and they do a great job, the customer service for the front desk is wonderful with very nice and professional staff. The rooms are nice and spacious.

This hotel is nice, clean, just like the typical hotels on the road or for travelers. Good TV with streaming Apps, you can sign in on them easily with your phone and a QR code and reset everything when you leave. Good beds and bathrooms, breakfast included, good air-conditioned, and new. They may have recently renovated the place. Swimming pool, quiet during our stay. And its location is very convenient for you to move around towns.

This hotel is THE preferred place to stay when we come to visit family on this side of our state. Always professional, courteous and friendly, the front desk staff is available to answer questions or help with special requests. The renovations are awesome! The room we were given feels bigger, and was already at a comfortable temperature. Bathroom is spacious and clean. Already looking forward to the breakfast in the morning... it's the best we have found. We will be back!

property had some minuses, but they did not outweigh the pluses. For example: Pluses: - Tesla charger in parking lot - great amenities basically in the parking lot (burger restaurant, gas station and Jack in the box) - very clean, welcoming hotel. - large tv in room Minuses - no gluten friendly awareness (the front desk couldn’t provide specifics on what was gluten friendly for breakfast and wasn’t super willing to go check. They “thought” there was gluten free bread or muffins, but that was about it. - super thin walls, could hear everything in the halls and other rooms - we were travelling with a dog and could only be in a 2 queen room Overall I’d recommend if you’re not gluten free, and maybe just stopping in to sleep and hit the road again. Not a location that I would stay for multiple days, but serviceable for a short time.

One of the best hotels I have stayed at. Young lady Fatima was very accommodating and friendly. She transferred me to another room because my room had issues thank you! Will be coming back soon

This is the perfect place to stay if you are traveling to the North Cascades! It's about a 1hr 15min drive from the visitors center which is about as close as you can get unless you stay at a small local inn/motel. The rooms, bathroom, and lobby are very clean. TV was a great size too and came with Showtime. Breakfast had plenty of hot and cold options especially for my vegetarian friend. Plenty of restaurants nearby to choose from. Tesla chargers in the parking lot. The only downside was the pillows were very big and thick so sleeping wasn't the comfiest.

I was just coincidentally in the parking lot of this hotel when my day turned so disastrous that people watching it couldn’t believe it was real. It involved a rented Tesla that wasn’t supposed to be rented becoming unusable. Just to be clear, this had nothing to do with the hotel or Tesla, this was just a fact I only discovered when plugging the car in here. This is where the praise for the staff here starts and this is primarily for the benefit of the spreadsheet mongers that rule their careers based on these reviews, not other guests. Though I hope anyone enjoys reading it. Natasha specifically, but also everyone else I spoke to here were the kindest people I dealt with on this nightmare day. My own family were more interested in demanding the story from me for their own curiosity than helping me. Natasha treated me with more kindness and compassion than I have ever received from my therapist and I love my therapist. Also sorry Bonnie, I can’t lie. She was super nice. I was in a place that no human being can be expected to do anything but scream in. She helped me not do that so I didn’t have to feel like a crazy jerk later. Compassion and empathy of this kind are the noblest pursuits a human being can hope to aspire to. Someone who already embodies these traits decades before the age where even Socrates or Bob Ross understood them as such is a rare and precious human talent. Specifically for corpo turnips: Why don’t you call the employees at this location and ask them how to run a hotel? Not that I can ever remember a bad stay at a Marriott, but I don’t remember any stay at a Marriott besides this one. I don’t even remember if you guys are the one with the Norwegian hotel wizard or Shaq in the commercials, but I will remember these kind people for the rest of my life.

Booked a king size room. Was given a double Queen. When I showed the front desk attendant I had a king booked, she said she would make a note for the manager to do something for us. The manager never contacted us. Poor business
