Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Atlanta Airport South/Sullivan Road - Hotel in College Park - 2020 Sullivan Rd, USA

With almost 1,300 Marriott nights stayed — and every brand amongst the chain — we can truly say this is the absolute most magnificent Fairfield you will ever experience. First of all, it’s massive and from the moment you enter really feels like a swanky hotel. It’s of course airport-close and has secured parking. The business center is fully-operational, ice machine on the first floor, a small gym with machines and plenty of towels and best of all, friendly housekeepers throughout ready to make sure you have everything you need. And talk about friendly! Wait until folks like Brittany and Kenyatta at the front desk take care of getting you speedily in and out. They are efficient and make you feel so very welcome. We were fortunate enough to have the Spa King 1-Bedroom, which is a spacious 876’ with a TV built for big-screen viewing, microwave and refrigerator, a whirlpool tub that is advertised for 2 but could probably accommodate 3-4 it feels so like a big hot tub. Separate shower and dual sinks. There is a large window out of which you can watch a never-ending spectacle of jets taking off (thankfully, it did not open because that might have been noisy). Special thanks to GM Mr. Harris, who treated us like Bonvoy VIPs, it was most appreciated.

The location near the airport was the highlight of my stay at this hotel. The room was as clean as could be for something needing updating. I got the jacuzzi suite so I could spend some time relaxing in a jetted tub. One of the tub jets was missing the valve so the pressure was off for all of the jets. Disappointing. The front desk employee was not as welcoming as I'd expect. She did give me a free tiny bottle of water but that doesn't replace good service with a welcoming smile. All that being said, the shuttle driver to the airport was very pleasant; had a great early-morning conversation on the way to the airport.

The service was perfect at check in. Kay made sure she accommodated our room. The parking was only $12. Beds comfy clean bathrooms tvs work carpet cleaned. Room 239 double bed suite. Noisy airplane action but oh well. The free delicious breakfast made up for all that. The ladies served breakfast with positive attitude and created great atmosphere to stay in lobby & eat. Will definitely return & recommend.

I had a great stay here. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast is served between 7am and 10am, but I stand corrected. The rooms are nice and clean, and the beds are comfortable. There is an airport shuttle that leaves every 30 minutes and is in service 34 hours a day,

The customer service was exceptional! The staff went above and beyond, especially Khalilah! She was a blessing to our family! We are a big family with a lot of luggage, so it was greatly appreciated! I would recommend this hotel for anyone traveling. The hotel was clean and comfortable.

One night stay. We were tired after a full day of flying so its proximity to the airport was critical. Fast food including two Waflle Houses arr a short drive away. The room was clean and had all the amenities including wall attached shampoo, conditioner and body wash. One big plus is that this place has PLENTY of usb and electrical outlets on the nightstand for charging power. This is not always the reality at properties. There was also plenty of counter space for four carry on size suitcases. No frills here, but a great and clean value. These staff was helpful and polite! I asked them to mail out two Christmas cards for me. So Duane and Carlene, if you’re reading this and received your Christmas cards, please let me know so I can give this place one more star.

I booked a small suite for 4 people. I got a king bed and 1 twin pull out (bed wasn’t even big enough for the other couple). The TV remote didn’t work, the WiFi didn’t work, and I had two bath towels in my room (when I checked in 4). Extremely disappointed in this Marriott. I sent a chat through my Marriott app about these items and the only response I got was “you can come down to the desk and get more towels.” I probably wont stay here again.

Kind, friendly, welcoming staff upon arrival after stressful airport experience, way past midnight. Clean room, but a little dated for a Marriott. Plenty of outlets. Hot coffee, good breakfast with numerous choices. Friendly attendant. Gated and Secure parking; reasonable price for room. Would stay here again.
