Very clean, staff polite and helpful. The breakfast can use some improvement. Please change the eggs! They do not taste like eggs! The gym is small but practical. Would stay again. Can hear hallway noise through doors and rooms from above but not horribly.

We stayed at the Fairfield Inn & Suites over Labor Day weekend as a family of four in a room with two queen beds. At first glance, the hotel seemed nice, spacious, and superficially clean. However, we noticed some issues—there were small stones and dirt on one of the beds, likely from the ceiling, the floor was sticky in several spots, and the closet hadn’t been properly cleaned; we found bits of chips left by the previous guest.||Breakfast on the first day was good since we were up early to head to Niagara. On the second day, however, we went down for breakfast after 8:30 a.m., and the service was disappointing. They ran out of plates, cups, eggs, fruit, and tissues, and refills were slow despite numerous guest requests. Unfortunately, this matched some of the reviews we had read online before our stay.

We stayed at this hotel for 5 days and 4 nights. The room was never cleaned. We requested it to be cleaned multiple times. The AC unit in the room sounded as if it would explode at any minute. The TV never worked right, turning on Netflix would cause the TV to turn to black screen. We were told they would fix it, but never did. The hot water was intermittent at best. We brought someone up to show them and we were told the hot water was fine. It never became hotter than tepid. We were moved to another room with similar problems with one additional problem. The smoke alarm was completely covered in plastic. This was a horrible experience and that site should not be recommended by organizations such as Costco.

The hotel was dirty. The breakfast spot was not cleared off from day to day. The floor had crumbs all over it. The lobby and elevator was dirty. Had to be one of the worst hotels I’ve stayed in especially for the expensive price. Our sink was broken they had to come fix it and they did. Most disappointed in the cleanliness of the hotel. Pool was broken but didn’t say so on their website.

Possibly the worst Marriott hotel we have ever stayed in and my husband has titanium status. Day 6 and still have not cleaned our room and had to call down twice for clean towels during this time since no one brought them after we had earlier requested at the desk that morning. Refrigerator in room froze anything we put in there, including some medication I had. Asked to have that fixed, guy came, unplugged it, plugged it back in and said it was fixed. It was not, food frozen again the next morning. Walls very thin, can clearly here people talking in the next room and halls. Numerous dogs in hotel, several times barking in the morning and evenings. Would not recommend or stay here again. Very dissapointing. Update, stayed 8 nights and they never cleaned our room once. We had to go down to the desk several times for new towels, since they only did a 'refresh' one time during our entire stay. That only included taking our dirty towels and leaving us a trash bag.

Breakfast was rather awful- coffee was terrible, selection was poor and limited, nothing was labeled and I had to ask for items that just weren’t pulled out from below the counters yet (syrup, stirrers). The room appeared very clean. Our deadbolt did not work and I had to get a (very friendly and helpful) staff to fix the other locking mechanism because all of the screws were very loose. The pool was cloudy and had visible bugs and spiders at the bottom. They scooped out the bugs and shocked the pool but we still unfortunately did not swim because it was freezing cold.

This hotel is not recommended. After gouging us on room rates during the eclipse ($476.61 total room rate for one night), they never cleaned the room. On the second day, we returned to the hotel to find the room a mess. Had to go to the front desk to get fresh towels and then dump our trash in bins conveniently located in the hall outside the rooms. We were told that there would be a "refresh" the third day - new towels and trash picked up. Upon our return to the room on Day 3, again, no "refresh" or any sign of cleaning. This time when we complained at the front desk, they did call one of their cleaners who replaced towels and emptied the trash, but did not clean the bathroom or anywhere else. ||The hotel manager also did not seem to care about general hotel cleanliness - elevator floors and the breakfast room floor were consistently dirty. With all the extra cash the manager collected from customers last week, he could have hired an extra cleaner or two, or paid his regular staff some overtime. ||Marriott should do their due diligence before hiring hotel managers, or selling franchises under their name. If the Marriott name is associated with a hotel, one expects a high quality of service.||On the plus side, the front desk personnel were great - responsive and friendly, with plenty of towels to hand out to disgruntled guests.

Only time we were acknowledged by staff was when we first walked in and they pointed us to the elevator. Multiple times when we walked in, there was no one at the front desk. If we did see someone, the staff had air pods in and were scrolling on their phones. Never looked up to acknowledge anyone. Elevators were gross. Stains on the carpet, stains on the doors. When we walked into our room, we were hit with the worst poop smell. At least the employee left the fan running after using the toilet. The room was ok. It wasn't cleaned thoroughly as there were crumbs and coffee stains on the desk. The worst experience I've had at a Marriot hotel.
