The hotel was fine. The rooms aren’t anything fancy, but they are clean. Air conditioner wasn’t great but it kept the room cool enough. If you’re just looking for a clean room to sleep in and go out all day, this is a great spot for that. The complimentary breakfast is pretty good as well. They had a pretty good spread for a complimentary breakfast and a pretty cool waffle station where you can make your own waffle. It is decently priced for the area and in a good location to do things. The parking lot does get a little full though due to the other hotels in the area.
Disappointing! Do not recommend. My recent stay at this hotel was beyond frustrating. Upon arrival, I was informed that they would not accept a scanned copy of my ID for check-in, which is something most hotels have no issue with. Instead of offering a practical solution, they apologized and handed me two chocolate coins, as if I were a child. It felt patronizing and unprofessional.
The doors to the hotel don’t even open automatically, so you’re forced to juggle your bags and ring a doorbell just to get in. When I finally made it inside, the overly cheerful staff greeted me with, "Welcome back!" despite the fact that I had clearly just arrived, bags in hand. Meanwhile, the manager stood behind the desk pretending to be busy, making no effort to step in and assist.
The entire experience was unpleasant from start to finish, and the hotel itself was filthy and uninviting. We ended up leaving and stayed at the Hyatt downtown instead, which was a much better experience. I strongly advise avoiding this hotel near the airport. The staff are as unhelpful as amusement park ride operators, and the conditions are unacceptable.
Would *not* recommend!
I would like to suggest re-training for the receptionist Leah on:
- rooms/hotel structure
- information on the hotel amenities and breakfast to be provided to the guests
- communication skills
It was our second stay in this hotel during vacations in July. Both for one night. First one was easy and nice. Second time - not so smooth.
We were provided the room key and before going to the room specifically enquired if the room had the number of beds we’ve booked. Leah, the receptionist that checked us in, confirmed. We went all the way to the top floor with a lot of luggage and very tired almost falling asleep kids to find out the room had less beds than we need.
We went downstairs with all the family and multiple luggage. Receptionists didn’t say a word to us, only discussed with each other if they can consider the room that we have just entered “clean” or not. Gave us the new key even not looking at us.
We went again all the way to the top floor, to find that there were no bedsheets for the sofa bed. I called the reception desk to ask for it. Leah said we need to go all the way down to get it as they won’t bring it to the room. We did.
Moreover, from the very beginning there was nothing like “Welcome to our hotel”, or just looking at us. Silently entering information to the computer. No information about the breakfast or hotel amenities was provided.
We were very positive upon arrival, but by the end of the check-in the impression changed dramatically.
Seems like a decent hotel, and it mostly is. When we arrived, there was a soft serve ice cream machine in the lobby. That was pretty cool. However, for $250 / night, the ball got dropped on the basics. The shower had no body wash. There was a used plastic knife on the floor under the desk. Airport shuttle driver was great on the ride to the airport. 9 days later on the ride home, the same driver was attitudy and rude.
This is a lovely clean location close to the airport. Did I say clean? Yes, very! The front desk is 5 Star especially Britney Bastian. She was professional and accommodating to all our needs. I would do everything I could to keep her on staff. She truly went above and beyond. Our group was close to 30 people and all had a wonderful time here.
When another brand, not Marriott, that I shall respectfully not name here, cancelled our reservations and resold our rooms, this hotel was able to accommodate us at a very late hour. The night staff was incredibly helpful and kind! Our room was great and quiet. I am grateful, you helped my family that would have otherwise slept in the car. Thank you!
We booked a 2 night stay at the last minute after running into a problem at our previous hotel. It was kind of expensive for what it was. The room was nice, but simple. Bed was a little soft. Sheets provided were very thin and nothing in the way of a quilt or duvet. We had to request that separately from the front desk and it was provided. Hotel was very noisy the first night as it was busy and we were close to the elevator. Shower had good water pressure and temperature. Complimentary breakfast was provided on both days but we never made it due to timing. Free hot chocolate, coffee and tea 24/7 in the lobby was a nice touch. Front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. We would return again if in the area.
Unfortunately, all the good impressions of the hotel were ruined after I failed to return my lost things. I returned to the hotel two days later to pick up my lost things. The hotel website states that they keep lost things for 90 to 180 days. I was counting on it. But they were not there. They just threw them away. The company does not care about your comfort. Which is very disappointing. Do not count on it, find your lost things and do not lose them.

Best hotel I have stayed at recently! Modern, clean and very comfortable. Nice breakfast buffet with omelettes and bacon as well as other offerings.Victor who checked me in was the best! Friendly and courteous even while handling a difficult guest. N
A lot of trails that are well maintained. Restrooms available that are not just port-o-pottyâs. Plenty of parking in many areas where different trails start
First time at rock burger, always have drove passed & never gave it a try- so glad we came in, the food was yummy! Onion rings were a bit over cooked but Iâd rather it be that than undercooked & soggy , wings were good, didnât like the ranch much
No fuss, casual pizza joint that is family run. I've been going here for 5 years and I just realized after my most recent order that they have never gotten my order incorrect. Not once that I can remember. Food is reasonably priced with taxes include
A friend of mine and I enjoyed lunch at Chester's. He's wheelchair bound and initially we thought we wouldn't have access but the amazing waitress took out the ramp, installed it within a minute and had a table ready for us. We weren't too sure if th
