The room was nice and big and the hotel is well located, DD and Starbucks nearby. The hotel pool is nice. And waffle maker for breakfast is nice touch. But, the sheets were changed less often than the every 2 days it was planned and the rest of the breakfast is not fantastic. Price to quality is pretty good though.

My wife and I stayed in the Bonita Springs Fairfield Inn for one week the beginning of June/2024. The rooms were very clean, as was the entire premises. A great deal of attention is given to the care of the hotel. Breakfast was always plentiful and there were great options. The location was ideal for us, a little bit out of the way from the hustle and bustle of the Naples area, but still within a short drive to beaches, shopping and major highways. But, the employees impressed us the most during our stay. All the front desk staff were friendly, pleasant and very helpful. Vanessa Rojas left us with a great impression, always willing to go the extra step. We will gladly recommend this sunny, welcoming spot to friends and family.

The rooms seemed clean and the air conditioner was quiet. Housekeeping fair at best, did not give me any towels one day on cleaning day so I showered at 6 am with zero towels. The front desk is ok, not overly friendly or helpful. The complimentary breakfast was decent and the overall hotel is kept clean. Pool area is clean but they do not replenish the towels outside.

Only overnight stay. Breakfast was free but underwhelming. All workers were nice. Mobile key and Mobile check in easy features and convenient. Just off the interstate (75) Right now 5/2024 there is construction going on next door it does not effect actual hotel but be cautious probably noise in daytime hours. Rooms were thin walls. I read prior reviews about this being a fairly hotel. The shower could use a deep cleaning for sure and shower drain clogged immediately. We did call maintenance we were checking out and we were able to push on shower drain and get it drain but I have read other reviews about clogging so maybe a good pipe flushing or the construction next door is effecting it. I don't know. We were on 2nd floor and immediately at 630am we could smell breakfast. You can take that as a positive or negative you decide..

My group stayed at the hotel for 2 nights and used their meeting room for our director meeting. Our guest rooms were beautiful, clean, and comfortable. The meeting room was the perfect size for our group, and a/v equipment worked smoothly. The management team was very responsive to requests during the planning stage. We will return! I highly recommend!

Great location, clean rooms, but nothing overly fancy. The king-sized bed was comfortable. The bathrooms were clean, plenty of towels. Room temp is easy to set. Fairfield is a good brand with clean, comfortable rooms. Not much of a on-site restaurant here -due to very limited meal options.

We had an amazing stay at this location. The rooms are great and comfy. We had no issues and the front desk was friendly and helpful especially Adriannna. She was very helpful. Breakfast was good and we liked the pool. Will definitely come again!

Lea was one the sweetest, kind and helpful person I ever met in a long time! She went above and beyond to make make sure all our needs are met! All the staff at this location was amazing! I tell you when you stay here you are safe, comfortable and relaxed! Thank you Lea and the entire staff for exceeding our expectations! ❤️🙏
