We booked this hotel last minute after checking in and right back out across the street at LaQuinta.
The Fairfield Inn & Suites Boise West is new and fantastic! The room was spotless, bed was comfy, linens crisp and nice. Shower is well designed with ledges for your toiletries and a lower ledge to shave your legs. We didn’t use the pool but it looked nice(was hoping for a hot tub but just a pool there).
My only complaint would be to have the free breakfast go past 9am. I’m not an early eater, so by the time I got showered and ready and was hungry it was 9:15 and I had just missed it. I could still smell the bacon… sad.
Location is great, basically in a mall parking lot with tons of smaller strip malls nearby and multiple restaurants in walking distance, but it’s super quiet. I’m a light sleeper and usually use earplugs in a hotel and I didn’t need them.
Staff was all very friendly.
Will definitely stay again!
We have recently had the pleasure of staying at the hotel and it was a great experience from start to finish. It is conveniently located within Boise Town Square Mall close to multiple shops and restaurants. Our 1 king suite was spacious, clean, and comfortable. There was a coffee maker, microwave, and small refrigerator in our room which we found to be very useful. We chose the hotel for free amenities like continental breakfast, parking, and Wi-Fi. Its modern décor was appealing and the room’s furniture cozy. We highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Boise!
They do a much better job at this location than at the Chinden location. The breakfast is immaculate every morning throughout the entire morning. There is this lady, Carmelita, who manages all day breakfast/dining area, it's like the cleanest and most well-kept hotel dining experience anywhere.
The room is also clean and smell free. The only complaint I have is that they had some kind of sports teams over the weekend and they were booming around late at night, which kept my wife awake.
I loved my stay at this hotel this weekend. The front desk associates were so warm & friendly. The beds were comfortable and the rooms & bathrooms were very clean. I woke up late and visited the Continental breakfast 15 min before it closed and it was STILL very well-stocked and everything was tidy. Very happy with my stay!!
We got in at 1:30 AM we were met with a warm welcome and an EASY check in! We got the 2 queen room with a pull out bed and the suite was very spacious and clean! The bathroom was clean and large as well. We were traveling with our 4 kids and the room was plenty big. The location is central to everything and easy to get to restaurants. The pool isn't huge. Bonus: the breakfast was delicious and had lots of choices. My kids always love the waffles! And we loved the books that were provided!
So far it's been a disaster we booked this hotel because of the indoor pool. When we arrived, they said it would be closed for our whole stay. There's no accountability anymore. You would think they would give you a discounted rate, nope they gave us the option to cancel are reservation. That's it.
I'm typically drawn to these types of hotels because they're generally pretty clean. But that hasn't been my experience at this one. Check out how dirty the floor is in the elevator. It's been like that all day. Our first night the heat wouldn't stop. The room is set to 69° but the temp was 77°. Way too hot. We ended up having to turn on the A/C to be able to sleep. Mind you it's in the 50°s outside. 2 more nights to go. I'll update afterwards.
Very new and clean hotel. Front desk personnel were friendly and helpful. Comfortable room and I was able to get a good workout in the fitness center where there are dumbbells (up to 50 lbs), one cable machine, and bikes & treadmills for cardio.
One of the best Fairfield Inns we've stayed at. Friendly staff and lots of parking near shopping area. The lobby area smells new still. Room was clean and bathroom is very big with a walk in glass shower. We really enjoyed staying here for the night.
This is our favorite place to stay in boise clean and stylish rooms. Great location to walk to many of the great bars and restaurants in downtown.
