Fairfield Inn & Suites Bentonville Rogers - Hotel in Rogers - 4611 W Rozell St, USA

Very pleasant stay. Rooms were nice enough. Although we did have a problem with the AC in our first room, the staff immediately and cheerfully found us another room when we asked. Surprisingly good breakfast, too.

We have stayed at many Residence Inns but never one that was of this design/ layout. We were fortunate that we were able to get an upgraded room as a Gold member. The two bedroom/ two bath suite was very spacious.||A couple issues were that the room was pretty dark even with all of the lights on and around the edges you could see that it needed some refreshing since it looked worn.||The breakfast was good for a RI with real plates and silverware and a good selection of breakfast food.||The rate for this stay was very reasonable. Recommended.

Unfortunately, I had to post a poor review despite many positive things about the hotel. I wasn't upset that we had a fire alarm go off at 2:30 am and the fire department arrived. I give them kudos for having those safety plans in place even though it seemed to be a false alarm. No, the real issue is that no one seemed to know how to turn off the flashing lights and extremely loud buzzing alarm, which made it impossible to go back to sleep and made me feel almost like having an epileptic seizure. The flashing lights and alarm are still going off, and it's been over an hour and half since the fire department left... I would have to consider other hotels besides this one, since the staff felt no urgency to turn off the alarms.

Room was overall okay. Toilet was hard to flush, had to hold down the handle to get it to fully flush. Shower had some rings and dirty appearance. Unfortunately the room I had came with a long hallway due to a nearby closet and so didn't give the spacious experience. Would have liked a juice option than the little cups for breakfast. Not a coffee person so fresh orange juice is the morning is my go to. Hotel was overall clean and quiet.

If you are a Bonvoy member, there is a Residence Inn literally across the street and you should book there. I was not acknowledged as a Bonvoy Platinum member on arrival. I was placed on a ground floor, even though my Bonvoy profile clearly indicates highest floor as a preference. I hate hearing people walk above my room. I assumed maybe it was because I was getting a room upgrade as promised to Platinum Elite members. Nope! I was put in a regular room. I've never experienced this at a Fairfield. The complimentary breakfast is missing a juice machine like other Fairfield locations. The food was decent. It's an okay hotel....but don't stay here out of loyalty. It is not valued or recognized here. By the way - the hotel was really light in bookings, but I'm sure they will say an upgrade was not available due to volume. I counted cars in the parking lot during my evening walk.

Positive: The bed in the room was comfy. Negative: The coffee table in the room was broken, the toilet seat was cracked and kept pinching my legs. We got to breakfast shortly after it opened and everything was already gone. No eggs, sausage, yogurt was cleared out, no coffee or water.

Good location being close to everything. I was here for a vendor event and we stayed here for one night. The prices were better here vs others* Service was easy and workers were friendly. Clean hotel. The beds are firmer but comfortable enough for a good night's sleep minus the loud upstairs, very loud hearing footsteps, and if someone was showering heard that. Kinda annoying. Breakfast is free what's not to like just wish they'd offer a bit more variety. Fewer junk items and healthier choices.

The place is swell for a business visit. The entire building has been remodeled at this place. Rooms were clean and fresh, everything worked as expected. The staff was friendly quick and efficient. Breakfast was ok they did provide non-dairy milks which was appreciated. Parking lot was accessible, getting uber rides was easy. All in all a-ok no worries here.
