The hotel is immaculately cared for. The beds and pillows are perfect.||The staff are so welcoming, hardworking, and professional. They work as a team. It feels like family when I'm here. ||This is my 3rd stay here, I wouldn't stay anywhere else when I come to Beloit.
Very nice experience and exceptional customer service!|| I arrive at the Fairfield inn in Beloit Wisconsin on May the 6th around 4 o'clock pm. I was immediately greeted by the manager with great enthusiasm and she put my needs first right away. As I checked in I was asked if I needed anything and arriving at my room it was very tidy.
Thank you for being pet friendly! So many hotels advertise being pet friendly but aren’t. The staff presented us with a pet treat on check in and have erased a previous bad experience! Rooms are clean and renovated. Staff is super friendly! Highly recommend!
Nice rooms, nice food, nice people. I was here for a few weeks and it was pretty nice. A calm hotel, around a lot of good stores and food options. Good area, walkable, and chill. If I was in the area i’d like to come back to this hotel again. I would suggest it.

My room was beautiful and meticulously clean. It's evident housekeeping staff take pride in their work. The entire staff including the front counter, Lisa the breakfast attendent were amazing! Emily from the front desk went above and beyond over the phone to assist me with my reservation. It was a delight to meet her in person as she graciously greeted me when I arrived. In the future I will only stay here and highly recommend everyone to stay at Fairfield Inn & Suites in Beloit

I tried to stay at this location. I am a lifetime platinum with Marriott with over 17 years as platinum and well over 750 stays.
The front desk person called me and demanded credit card info. I told them it was on file. She threatened me and ended up deleting my reservation while I was en route for a wedding. I stayed in Chicago, an hour drive away.
After trying to contact Marriott through every possible way, I have been completely ignored. No one would call me. No one would write me. Multiple people lied to me about various different things. I did notice a LOT of negative reviews on this location. DO NOT STAY HERE. The staff is bizarre. There is no accountability. I don’t believe the property is safe. At this point in time no one has contacted me (original complaint in August. Multiple contacts made through phone and e-mail. Rebuffed each time. It’s now almost December and no contact yet)
At our worst they were at their best! Last spring we had a scary experience of a tornado uprooting a giant pine tree and it landed on our roof. It completely destroyed my oldest child’s room and damaged two other rooms including our youngest child’s. Not only were they very accommodating… very kind… the lady who checked us in wrote us a note by hand and had a care package ready for our children with some goodies in it and water and snacks for us. Not knowing exactly what our situation would be we asked for a second night and well past the cancellation time they allowed us to cancel and did a full refund for us. I’ll likely not need a hotel in my home town much… but if I do it’ll definitely be there and I would recommend this location to anyone!

YN is an awesome lil smoke shop that caters to everybody (including myself) and the employees have fantastic knowledge on their stuff, especially the disposable vapes and water pipes. I've had a chance to personally meet the family that owns the shop
