Fairfield Inn & Suites Austin Georgetown - Hotel in Georgetown - 930 W University Ave, USA

Great hotel, you get free breakfast in the morning. Cleaning is done every 2 days or so, towels , garbage cans and so on provided. Hotel has a pool and a small gym. You can see rooms in pics below. You get a small fridge and a microwave, coffee machine too. Hotel itself has plenty of parking, and closest market is literally 2 minutes away to walk to, lots of restaurants near. Gas stations etc, everything is close, staff is super nice.

The Check in process was very nice. The Gentleman helped me find a room on the Second Floor. The room was nice however, The door opened up to a hallway which was dark, you had to turn the light on which was not much help. The Coffeemaker was sitting in a bookcase type shelf and was difficult to see inside. The coffee packet would not tear open, lucky I had a pair of scissors. The light fixtures by the bed took awhile to figure out. The switch is underneath the lamp and not easily seen. The hot water took several minutes to get hot. The breakfast bar was very nice and clean. Although had to wait several minutes to get more scrambled eggs. Had to look for the place to empty trash, etc. A sign would be nice placed in the Dining room somewhere. Its a nice place as it is New. Very welcoming.

First, the staff here are amazing, have a great repoire with one another, and love helping. I happen to be here for business at a time when lots of Houston residents are looking for hotels, due to the hurricane. They are full tonight, but I was in the lobby and heard Michelle (I think I got the name right), going out of her way to be empathetic; she knew which other Marriott properties had rooms left and was able to give thoughts on hotels that would take pets. She remembered and connected with every guest who walked by. The room was great. Nice shower, comfy bed, plus refrigerator and microwave. They have great housekeeping staff.

The room smells like cleaning chemicals. The bathroom shower was stained and dirty. I had to move rooms. You can hear your neighbor sneeze. The bedding is cheap and very soft. Plugs dogs everywhere. I do not recommend thos property. Sadly it appears new. Need more extensive training of staff.

Very nice place to stay while visiting Georgetown. Public areas and property were very clean and well maintained. Nice variety of restaurants nearby. Room was spotless and the bed very comfortable. ALL staff was very friendly and accommodating. Check in and check out very quick and easy. Shout out to Rashad and his amazing team, including Paige, Michelle, and Debbie.

The stay was amazing. This was right by the river and our room overlooked it. I can say that the staff was beyond helpful. Santa did an amazing job in the morning setting up and serving breakfast. She was always on top of getting coffee, and food out warm and kept the area so clean. I cannot express the gratitude to the staff for the clean facilities and the warm welcoming environment. Keep up the amazing work!

This place is absolutely amazing from the staff to the hotel itself. I couldn't recommend a better placement for business/casual staying. From the selection of restaurants to the amazing updated and space rooms!

Best hotel experience!!! I stopped in to book for the night, front desk night person was great, polite, helpful. Clean rooms, towels folded cute. Quiet! Great view of pool and greenbelt. I had a service dog and all of the staff were very sweet about her being there. Check out today, easy, awesome staff!
