Fairfield Inn & Suites Atlanta Stockbridge - Hotel in Stockbridge - 825 GA-138, USA

I took my family down for breakfast before we checked out and was met by Ms.Terry. Let me tell you about your team member who went above and beyond. She engaged with my children, asked about our vacation and how much fun they had. She checked on us throughout our breakfast to make sure we did not need anything. She maintained the breakfast table area, the buffet line and kept the food stocked. She did all that while still greeting and asking people about their day and stay. I appreciate everything she did to make our morning better

This is an extremely clean hotel. It's close to a few walking places to eat. Not a far driving distance to the mall. Free breakfast was good, a decent amount of options. In the rooms are a microwave, refrigerator and coffee maker.

Perfect. No complaints at all, just like you expect. Maybe food a bit lower than a 5 star place and its not a 5 star hotel, so no 5 stars, but it was very exceptional.

Stayed here before never had an issue until my previous visit. 1st or 2nd night i realized the left side of the bed SMELLED LIKE URINE! Immediately rushed to the front desk to inform, and the guy stated he can’t do anything because they were no maids available, and he gave me one sheet and a couple of pillowcases to put over the foul smelling bed. mind you this was around 9pm so I didn’t get any sleep till the next day around 7 AM till they switched my room. during my transition to the new room, two maids in the hallway, cleaning the other rooms, one kinda mugged at me and told the Other maid to check the room I was leaving I understood they didn’t have any maids on standby but that was ridiculous. Why the bed smell like urine in the first place? it’s giving the maids aren’t changing the sheets on the bed and isn’t properly cleaning the rooms..

Do not ever stay at the Fairfield Marriott in Stockbridge GA. My fiance booked the room, called and let them know I would be staying there and to add my name to it hours before I arrived. I decided to stay overnight to avoid driving to Atlanta at 3am for an appointment. I check in around 8pm, no issues at all, the guy gave me a gift bag and everything. I got to the room and did my safety checks and went to sleep around 9pm. At 12:30am, I was woken up to 2 employees beating on the door and attempting to come in my room. I went to the door and they advised me the reservation was “fraudulent” and I had to leave the premises immediately. I asked what I needed to do to get this solved so I could go back to bed since I have to be up very early. They told me it came directly from Marriott and I had to leave immediately. Obviously distraught, because I’m alone in Atlanta being put out to the street at 1am. My fiance calls Marriott, they did not flag our reservation at all, in fact the hotel themselves cancelled it. My fiance is an Ambassador Elite member at Marriott hotels, so no reason to believe any foul play because he’s stayed at 100s of Marriott, and has high standing. Marriott had no idea what had happened and had to call the front desk to figure it out. So unless you like being put out on the street in the middle of the night, DO NOT stay at Fairfield Stockbridge. The two women they have at the front desk should NEVER have a job. I’ve never met more rude people in my life.

The was a stopping point for us after 10 hours on the road. The front desk staff greeted us with a smile and was exceptionally kind (I can’t remember their names off hand) but they receive a 10/10 in my book. The rooms were clean and sufficient for what we needed. The breakfast was your typical hotel breakfast and the lady who ran it was also exceptionally kind. I would stay there again- their nightly rate was also very reasonable.

I would neverrrr stay here again. Came for a conference and upon immediately entering room I pulled back the sheets on the bed to do my usual bug inspection and saw a hair that obviously wasn’t mine in it. Called the front desk and they switched our room . Got in the new room and it still was not up to par cleanliness wise. But we decided to just spray our disinfectant spray and make the most of it. THEN we were in the middle of a Netflix movie when the internet tv loses connection. We call the front desk who says they will have the router reset only for 3 hours later them to still be on hold w/ the people who were suppose to reset it. At that point i had already fell asleep and my mom just told them to not worry abt it. They offered us to switch rooms yet again for this but we said we would be out of there by the next day so it was no point. I didn’t choose this hotel it was where the conference was, but my stay here definitely turned me off from all Fairfield’s if this is how it’s going to be . I will say Front desk staff- especially Mrs Betty & the guy who attempted to get the router reset was great!!! Only reason for 4 stars on the service

First time staying at this location and upon checkin everything was great the front desk representative was extremely talkative... as our stay went on the staff personality changed like the personality factor is only at checkin. Being a long time Marriott employee both hourly and salary i we were expected to be much more personable
