Rooms were great my only complaint is toilet was entirely too low. My hubby and I both are disabled and getting up and down was a chore. Other than that place was nice and clean staff was friendly. We were there for my mother-in-law's 80th birthday party we did rent one of the conference rooms and the staff was late putting the tables together for us we did not have access to the room until afternoon which I thought was wrong the room should have been available first thing in the morning at 9:00 a.m. so that we could decorate and set up balloons and food and the cake table Etc overall it was a very nice place

Hotel was hosting a massive family reunion during my stay. Signs were posted all over the hotel reminding people that quiet hours were between 10pm-7am. Problem is, there was absolutely NO enforcement of this from staff members. Loud music from Bluetooth speakers playing until 1am at the pool area and when I finally lost my patience with people screaming at each other in the room next to me and things constantly hitting the walls, I called Xavier at the front desk and he said he would come up and handle it. He did nothing. He didn't call the room, come knock on their door, nothing. I made another plea for the hotel to do something about the noise, but they didn't respond til after 7am when I had less than 3 hours of interuppted sleep. The entire purpose of a hotel for me is to get a good night's rest. This could have been achieved if the hotel staff held unruly guests accountable. I asked for management to reach out to me and that didn't happen either, thus my review. They just don't care here.

Black mold in the bathroom. AC was super noisy. Bathroom door wouldn’t stay closed. Cracked floor tile. Asked the front desk twice to look at the AC, ignored both times. Stay away from this place. Looks nice on the outside but that’s it. There are other options very close to this location.

This was a wonderful Fairfield Inn that I would definitely stay at again. We stayed here while driving back from Florida in March. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was very clean. The breakfast was very very good!! Overall a great stay.

They didn't give me the room I booked for. They didn't have breakfast during the times they were suppose to be open. They didn't have but 1 person working 2 sides at the front desk. They didn't have enough support to run a Marriott hotel. This was by far the worst experience at a Marriott hotel

I wish I could put zero stars. Booked a hotel in advanced and the website asked if I had a pet and they proceeded to charge me and booked a room. Get there at midnight with a baby and they tell me no pets even though their system allowed it. There should’ve been an accommodation on THEIR part for making the mistake. But instead turned away a family with a 1 year old. Disgusted.

From check-in to check out, everything was amazing! I think I've found my second home away from home now. The staff was helpful, professional, patient, & friendly! Complimentary breakfast is always an added bonus!! The Bistro had a nice selection of food to choose from. The hotel was modern and clean. It was also very, very, very quiet. I have absolutely no complaints. I definitely look forward to returning in the future. Thank you all for your help and professionalism! I did not get anyone's name, but there were 7 individuals who were absolutely phenomenal!!

I didn't spend much time in the room because I was ripping and running. However, the room was clean and comfortable. Front desk services were helpful and pleasant. I would stay again.
