This is a decent hotel, I travel for a living. I'm staying here a few weeks, I like the ease of getting on the expressway ,all the restaurants and stores just minutes away. No issues with parking, the rooms are clean and it had a modern vibe. The gym has some standard equipment, and there's a small indoor pool. Not a breakfast person but they do have a small buffet area each morning. If my company needs me in this area next month, I would definitely extend my stay.
Hotel is in sort of a secluded location and looks nice on the outside. Staff were all very nice. Room was pretty disappointing though. Clean for the most part but a little dingy and just had that feeling of not being totally clean. Most disappointing and embarrassing part was having no hot water. Seriously, next to having clean sheets, how do you not make sure there is hot water for your guests. Just really disappointing. Wouldn’t stay here again.
Both my husband and my father work at Marriott so I have been to multiple hotels. I can say without a doubt this is the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. The hotel pool was disgusting I went in and was instantly greeted with a wad of hair. The water looked almost green. There was no towels and the place where they could have been kept was just run down and full of trash. Our room AC did not work it was miserable!! We complained multiple times only to be met with a lame "we will let maintenance know". Not once did anyone offer to change us rooms and not once did we see or hear from maintenance. We let at least 3 different employees know. We stayed here for 5 days and i was sleeping with my head at the foot of the bed with no sheets or blankets facing the AC unit just to get a bit of air flow. I couldn't wait to get in the rental to just get some AC. There was trash all over the hallways and the front desk employees were either MIA or looking completely bored on their phones. I filed a corporate complaint with a dismal unsatisfactory response. Again worst Marriott stay I've ever had. Would NEVER recommend this hotel to anyone.
Room was dirty upon arrival. Vending signs are misleading. There is no vending. Ice machines on 1st and 3rd floors. Light bulb in room was burnt out. Television only worked when it wanted to. Staff was nice. Breakfast was good. Pool seemed dingy. I didn't go in. Gym is adequate. Patio could use some sun cover. My room was bug free. Window unfortunately is screwed shut so don't expect fresh air. There are several charging ports located at various places throughout the room.
Booked a room for three nights. Never had an issue contacting someone the night before to hold my room for me. I am a night shift worker. I tried contacting via the app twice and finally after the second phone call got told they were all booked and couldn’t refund me my money. Luckily I was able to cancel via my app but still hit with a 130$ charge. Disappointing.
Ms. Kiesha at the front desk was phenomenal!! Super friendly, accommodating & helpful. I wanted to check in early in the morning prior to house keeping arriving for their shift & Kiesha went above & beyond for me. She assisted in changing a whole room for me. Sanitized everything!! I could not have asked for anymore out her. Thank you so much for your hospitality!! Marriott needs more employees like Kiesha for sure!!
Positive: "" Negative: There was no hot water in our room. The A/C did not work in our room so after 3 hours they had to move us to another room. And the pool was closed because of a chemical imbalance we were advised. Horrible stay.
Horrible service. Seth at the front desk has no idea what he is doing. Please don’t dare to ask for an upgrade. They don’t know the difference between upgrades and will charge you literally whatever they feel they want to without you acknowledging it. His manager Evelyn Gonzalez is not helpful at all. Although nothing was acknowledged or signed for the additional rates, they feel entitled to do as they please. I would like to see documentation acknowledging rates and video of conversation.
Our stay was very welcoming and rooms were excellent! Breakfast was top notch! The wonderful woman that took care of preparing was pleasant and very personable! Katie, who was the 2nd shift front desk, was beyond welcoming and pleasant. Iâve never
Visiting this place was a must do for us, because of their awesome billboards. The folks working there were fun and upbeat and the candy we purchased was delicious. I will definitely return the next time I am in the area.
From my childhood, growing up in Anderson, IN, Scampy's has been a staple in community. Now I live in Indianapolis, IN, and I still stop through to pick up one of my favorites. This time, it was the Italian sausage sandwich.
Totally beautiful place to walk! Paved and great for kids. Be careful with small children as the lake does not have guards, but otherwise wonderful for an inexpensive, family outing ð
I have been looking for beef brisket locally, and not many places serve it. I can tell you the pit barbecues. The Fresca is hands-down, some of the most tender and juicy brisket. Iâve had in a very long time. The price is super reasonable as well.
Absolutely amazing service, the waiter seated us pretty fast and his service was awesome. Food came out pretty quickly and was sooo good. I got the Lo Mein and it was a good portion. We also got sushi and it was some of my favorite
I've been to Stillwell a few times and been pleased every one. I LOVE haunted houses... but I'm extremely claustrophobic. The folks at Stillwell understand that providing a good experience for their guests is paramount over just scaring them. And the
Came in for the first time today, a bit nervous what to expect...will ABSOLUTELY be back. The Reuben was delicious, and the broccoli and cauliflower salad was so delicious! Service was excellent, very warm and inviting...plus, the surroundings made t
Such good ribeye at a very reasonable price! Melly (sp?) was a fantastic server. Got to shoot some pool after ordering. Kroakerheads is a definite go-to for dinner, drinks, and fun.
