This was a really nice property to stay in. I really loved how close it was to every place I needed to go to or visit, including restaurants, family, and shopping. The staff, especially AJay was personable and helpful. The continental breakfast was more than continental, that was a lot of food to fill up on. The pool, although small was a lot of fun, for those of us who don't know how to swim, I wish there was a hot tub, but the pool served its purpose. The room was nice and clean as well. The only thing missing was a liquid soap and lotion mount by the sink. They only had that one little bitty soap, but I'm glad I travel with my own. Yet having that as an option, that little touch would've given the room a little more pizazz. All in all, I enjoyed my stay, I highly recommend Fairfield, they aim to please.

Stayed here for one night after seeing a show at Blossom music center. The hotel and our room were incredibly clean. The only downfall was our A/C didn’t seem to fully work. It was set to 65, but the room never really got below 72. The free breakfast and free EV car charging were a bonus. Overall, the hotel was a fantastic value! Would stay again!

We stayed here after a concert at the Blossom. It was an easy drive to and from the venue. The room was clean and comfortable, the service staff at the hotel was fantastic. They had a very nice selection for breakfast which started our morning off right. Would recommend and would stay again.

Staff were friendly and hotel was clean! Pillows were as you expect for a hotel--very flat and soft--so if you are traveling by car, I recommend bringing your own pillows! The room with 2 queen beds and pull-out sofa was spacious, and plenty of space for 4 people. The breakfast was pretty basic, but they had bananas and yogurt so you can have something light if you want. Decent place to stay for the price!

Spacious, modern, and exquisitely clean. The breakfast selection was excellent and the rooms were comfortable and well stocked. There was no hot tub and the pool was small, but everything else was great and the fitness center wasn’t the size of a walk-in closet. It’s right off the highway and surrounded by plenty of stores and restaurants- great for longer stays!

I had a really bad experience staying here. Upon check in, the front desk clerk asked me for a credit card even though my company sent in a credit card authorization. She made some excuse about not being able to use the CCA and so I was forced to put the stay on my personal card. I didn’t make it a big deal, I just worked with my corporate team to have it fixed and billed correctly the next day. Come to find out, hotel management confirmed that the credit card authorization should have been used and they don’t understand why the employee told me that or caused me the trouble. When I left the next day, I realized I left some toiletries in the shower and called to retrieve them from housekeeping. They claimed they found nothing in the room when it was cleaned. It’s on me for leaving them, but it’s really just bad guest service to not return items they may have left behind. I won’t stay here again. This place made an already stressful business trip, substantially more stressful.

We had several issues with this hotel. On the first night, someone next to our room was smoking marijuana which we could strongly smell in our room. When we told the front desk, they were unconcerned. My husband and I both woke during the night with our allergies. The next morning at breakfast, the attendant was extremely rude to us and others. She told one family, even though they were there before 9 am, that she was not putting out more food and they would have to go elsewhere to eat. On the second day, we find our room has not been cleaned. When going to the desk, their response was you should have been told when checking in that they only clean every-other day. In my opinon, you should be told before booking. When my husband said he wanted to talk to the manager, he was told that she was out for the day and gave him a card with her number. Later he called the number and, guess what, it was office and she was not in. We left our info but never heard back. Night three, the marijuana smoke has returned.

Unfornately, I do not have a rave review for this location. I attempted to stay here a few weeks ago for some R&R and because I was going to some festivities in the area. I checked the discount rate a few times before booking. Once my plans were confirmed, I booked. On the day of my reservation I proceeded to the hotel. I had to stop and check my emails as I was waiting on an e-ticket for something else, and to my surprise I had received an email from the hotel stating that my "booked" discounted rate could not be honored and that I could only stay if I paid the increase. The new rate was almost 3 times what I had booked at. Mind you; I am getting this email and I am 20 minutes away from the hotel to start my mini vacation. Check in time is 3 pm. I received the email at 3:20 pm. I called to inqure about the rate change and was told by the assistant manager that they do not accept discounts from "locals" but I could stay if I paid more. In all the years that I have stayed at Marriott properties I had never heard this nonsense. I was appallled and understandably frustrated because my discount was accepted and booking confirmed. When I questioned the increase and the "locals" statement, I was met with technical jargon, dismissiveness, rude tone, and rushed off by saying "the higher ups" do not make any exception to this rule. Please know that I understand properties have the right to make their policies but to allow me to book, start traveling to the location, and almost triple my rate is absurd. They had all day to call me. My number is on file. Since my address was "profiled" to consider me a "local", someone should have also taken time to give me a courtesy call. I was told the morning staff missed my reservation as to why I did not get an email sooner. This was all the more reason that my booking should have been honored because the staff errored not me. I could say more but I will stop here... My apologies for lengthly review but I hope this is used as training tool. Thanks to the hotel cancelling my reservation, it took time to find another budget-friendly rate resulting in me missing one of my events :/

I had a great stay at the Hampton Inn in Stow :) It’s a clean hotel and the service is great. Shannon was especially helpful - he looked high and low for a Band-Aid when I needed one and was very kind. I highly recommend this hotel!
