FairBridge Inn Express - Hotel in Pittsfield - 16 Cheshire Rd, USA

If I could leave zero stars I would. BEWARE. We booked and paid online for our room a month or so in advance. We pulled in and initially thought the place was closed down- we were buzzed in at the front door by the man working the front desk. At 4pm we were told we did not have a reservation- the man at the desk was extremely rude and the opposite of helpful informing us that we had to contact the reservation customer service from the booking agent. He also informed the hotel was full anyway and they would not be able to accommodate us. While on the phone with the booking agent, we witnessed a woman come to the desk asking for clean bedding and sheets as the ones that were in her room "were filthy". SHE was berated by the man arguing with her that the staff would take care of it. After 45 min on hold we booked at another hotel. I remained on hold for another 20 minutes to be told that I did in fact have a reservation and my refund would be issued only after an internal review. Multiple people had an issue at check-in. Man at front desk by far rudest man I have ever witnessed in customer service. Hotel appears abandoned. Dirty. Unkempt. Don't book here- you will either be scammed or infested.

I will say first that the room was clean. The door to the lobby was always locked and had to ring the bell to have someone open. They tried to run my card again when I arrived but was a prepaid reservation. They would not provide a final receipt. I called after I left to get a final bill, they hung up on me 2x's. Service was drastically lacking. Beware.....

Positive: Location for my visit Negative: Hotel needs a major overhaul. Very dirty outside with peeling paint. Shower had mold in it. Refrigerator was super loud & we had to unplug it. Had small coffee maker but no coffee. Tissue box was ripped apart with appeared to be used tissues inside.

People are rude and mean. They don't respect us Americans. But will take our money and don't service the guest kicked them out of the office while the female young lady screaming leave leave . They wanted to charge me $144 when I book with Expedia for 110 then they wanted a deposit pulse 40 for each kid I ha e 8 kids which they came to visit me. The phone call from the front desk the dirty looks from the old lady after I slept with bugs dirty blankets cigarettes holes broke sink and tub refrigerator didn't work. So now they didn't service me after I booked with Expedia and now they won't answer or pick up for me or Expedia to return my funds since I was refused service now you won't give me my money ROBBERY

Positive: That i left after 2 days Negative: Everything (but especially the fact they woke me up at 2:30 in the morning knocking on my door as well as calling my room to tell me i couldn?t use the tub because water was leaking downstairs. I reassured them i didn?t, but they didn?t believe me.

The. Worst. “Accommodations” I’ve ever experienced. Filthy, dark, hair on the towels and bathroom stank of urine. I walked in. And I walked out. Spent fewer than 10 minutes in their god awful room. Revolting.

Terrible experience- rang the door and waited for ten minutes until it was finally opened. The person was very unfriendly and could not find my reservation (which was made by Chase). Told me I need to leave unless I pay directly with him. I called Chase and they calf the property..took about an hour until the properly finally recognized my booking. The room was just plain dirty but the unfriendly attitude and poor service was even worse

Bed comforters had burn holes all over. Old TV so can't select shows. Refrigerator and microwave worked . Bathroom was clean and sheets were clean. Carpet dirty. Lamps trashed
