Front desk woman was amazing. Entrance smelled clean and was welcoming … other than that would NEVER stay here again. Roaches, ants, feels dirty, outdated. Missing fire alarm, holes in walls, sheets filthy… No refunds unfortunately so we had to stay. The Cockroaches were HUGE! Advice would be to stay elsewhere and pay a little more! Couldn’t not sleep at all as beds uncomfortable and old!

The hotel is in pretty bad shape. Needs to be renovated and a deep clean. The negative reviews are pretty accurate. The rooms are pretty bad. I'm not a big stickler on hotels as long as they're safe and clean but this one seemed as though they dont have cleaners. my gf saw a naked guy standing in his window when we arrived. She also felt unsafe here on top of there was a lot of things wrong with the room. I really just don't understand how a hotel can be so bad. The difference between a 5 star hotel and a 2 star hotel should simply be amenities and services not cleaniness and safety. We ended up not staying here after seeing the room. When the lady at the front desk asked what was wrong with the room, I had a hard time believing they were unaware of the state of the rooms. Even in the hallway walking to our room there was a massive hole in the wall.

Worst Hotel and Not safe!! This hotel is not at all up to the mark. Dark rooms with bugs in it. You can find blood stains on Bed sheets. Walls are kind of broken and carpet feels like soaked with water and glued. Horrible bathroom. Some rooms have micro oven and freeze and some don’t but equally paid. Worst ever experience and not safe at all. And the front desk people are horrible with their behavior. I never go again. They must stop doing business and upgrade it first.

I stayed for 1 night never again. The place smelled. There was a big hole in the wall. Dirty. Pretty sure the bedding was dirty. Bed was old. I get it was a 2 star. But way worst. Not worth what I paid. Never again will I stay there again.

Dirt cheap room. . . Cant complain much when we obviously got what was paid for. Whole place needs updating and to be thoroughly cleaned!! Staff was helpful nice and available 24hrs. (This rating is also 2 years old)

BEDBUGS: Upon entering the lobby you are hit with a strong chemical smell. Once you make it past that, the hallways leading to your room have a thick cigarette and Marijuana stench. The rooms do NOT look anything like the Google photos. There is black mold growing along the AC unit, cigarette burns in the beds and comforters, and unclean bathrooms waiting for you inside. We had only planned on staying one night, but after returning to our room later that evening, we were run out by BEDBUGS. My friend had been bitten multiple times, just minutes after sitting on the bed. The area seems very unsafe at night and if you are a family traveling, please just opt for a better hotel. This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had in my life. I have never seen such a disgusting place. I would urge anyone who is considering staying here to scour the google reviews before stepping foot in this filthy building. You may bring home a few extra travelers if you decide to stay here. On top of all of this, clearly, the no smoking rule is not enforced and they have even gone as far as to remove the smoke alarms from the rooms. At the end of the day, if you value your health and safety, please do not stay here.

Their system was down, the lady at the front desk said it would take 20min to fix but it took over an hour. She just gave up and gave us the keycard after an hour…why didn’t you just do that in the beginning instead of wasting our time?? 0/10 service. She also made rude remarks and was inconsiderate of our situation and didn’t care that she was wasting our time. The room is what you would expect for the price, smells kinda funky.

Hi, I am sorry for this review, I always try to be Grateful but this room was not that good. There is a bad odor smell that was there throughout the time we were at the hotel property. Bathrooms and Bedsheets (attached) were not clean. Bathroom’s pot, I flushed the water from someone used last time for complete residual flushed. I really recommend the hotel management to please work on the maintenance. The price is cheeper in comparison to other hotels. Thanks for the clean bed sheets.
