Worst hotel ever. Breakfast is served until 930, getting down at 730 they ran out of everything with no plans to make more or replace food. Leaving at least 20 residences without food they paid for. The toilet flooded for absolutely no reason. The carpet and beds were disgusting. Would never recommend even for the price. Not to mention I just saw other reviews of bedbugs!

the lady that checked us in was amazing! i give her 5 ⭐️. Upon arrival, a crusty washcloth was found behind the night stand with you can only imagine what on it. Another issue arose when a guest was screaming in the parking lot at 5 AM because she had her tires slashed. This had woken up my children. The front desk agreed to a late check out of 12PM. The housekeeper tried to enter my room 3 separate times. One time was when my 7 year old daughter was changing. Not impressed. Breakfast was good though and the pool!

Although the staff is friendly and helpful, one can only wonder if this hotel has been abandoned by its owner/management. |None of the phones in the rooms work. The furniture is all mismatched and damaged as if collected from discards of garage sales. Towels are holey. TVs might or might not work. The complimentary soap is quite nice. I have included some pictures from my week long stay. It sadly doesn’t depict the obvious violence that has occurred at some point to a door downstairs… one wonders if the person inside the room survived or was met with a gruesome end when the police could not be reached with an emergency call….?

You can tell this is not the cleanest hotel in the world. But based on the price I didn't let this bother me. When I woke up in the morning I noticed a black spot on my chest and after closer examination it was a bug. I reported this at check out and they seemed stunned that happened, until I showed them a photo of the bug. Then they said they would tell house keeping. YOU NEED AN EXTERMINATOR!

Drop off and pickup point is OK and the lobby is nice although staff can be rude sometimes, must depend on the day I guess. But after moving from the lobby to your room you find the room itself is mediocre at best and the view is just as good so you just keep the curtains closed unless your lucky enough to get one of the few rooms that view the baseball fields so you can watch people picking up or not picking up their dogs poop as the walk their pets there.

Our family members rented the Grand hall on Easter Sunday in celebration for a child’s second Birthday & Easter. Rented from 12am - 10pm. Several Guests of our party were rudely Hassled when going to the 1 restroom on the ground floor. By one specific person on duty an older woman. Not long after around 5:30ish. Some of our family members stood outside basking in the FINALLY beautiful weather in Williston , taking pictures and just talking stories , laughing together. We hail from islands Saipan/Hawaii so we do enjoy the Sun esp on Easter Sunday. The lady who was on duty stood outside the entrance. Door open , hands on her hip just Staring us down like a hawk. I do not believe this incident was at random because nothing on our part had occurred in that small timeframe. She immediately took the white patrons side on behalf of hearsay. “Yelling You and your people need to go” What proceeded after was the police being called. Gratefully so , they were very understanding. They saw it was just a family gathering in celebration of Easter & a child’s birthday party. We just decided to leave altogether. We started cleaning house. Putting away the tables & chairs , Sweeping, vacuuming as if we were Never there. Due to us feeling extremely unwelcome , uncomfortable and offended of the rude gestures. It was a saddening experience for our family members & children whom had to endure this mistreatment , and left confused that we had to abruptly end the party. We left with no apology , and my family member with no refund for the remaining hours. Thank you for your time , FairBridge Inn & Suites Williston.

I’ve stayed at many hotels in the Williston area and this hotel is the best bang for your buck while still offering a quality experience. The rooms are clean and everything works properly, they have a great breakfast, but more importantly the service is the best. They are very kind people and their staff is willing to work with you and go above and beyond to make sure your experience is a good one. I will be staying at this hotel regularly for business moving forward.

First of all,the floor stained my feet with dirt the furniture was so beat up the door handle was missing and the pool was so old plus the toilet the pee stains and poop stans form someone else like they didn't care about cleaning up the toilet and the tub stopper was broken
