The young woman at the front desk was sweet and helpful. The price was affordable though $15 to $20 higher than some other 1 star hotels in the area. The beds were comfortable and nicely made but the carpet was so dirty it was sticky in places! There was no noise from the hallway but the windows must not be sound dampening because noise from some people in the parking lot kept us from sleeping. We didn't use it but I noticed the small pool was cloudy. I didn't notice the hotel is rated 1 star until after we booked it, maybe that's all you can expect.

Nice hotel. It's okay for what you get. Continental breakfast was good. Can make your own waffles and toast and cereal . Available from 6 am to 9 am, has seating if you don't want to take it back to your room. Staff is friendly, inviting but the parking can get packed quick during peak times. Ac works fast and well, beds are very comfortable and tv has cable and a guide so that's a plus. Room has small fridge and microwave. Shower is a bit small but still nice and rooms came with a ironing board, iron and a hair dryer although my rooms hairdryer did not work sadly but it was no big deal

BEWARE! This is the dirtiest hotel I have been to in a long time. The room was in really poor shape. Paint splatter and other random crusties on the walls, mold in the nooks and crannies of the bathroom, soo much nasty dirt and dust build up behind the beds and entertainment center. The carpet was disgusting. After walking around the room barefoot, I stepped on a towel in the bathroom and realized the bottom of my feet were BLACK. So gross. The toilet broke in the middle of the night and no longer flushed. There was hair in the shower when we arrived and the entire place smelled like mildew. The pool area was littered with used towels, clumps of hair, and people's personal belongings that had been left behind. We went swimming shortly after check in and again before bed. It was clear that no staff had even looked at the pool area for several hours. The belt to the hot tub jets let off a horrible noise anytime they were turned on. Similar to a fire alarm. Super relaxing. Breakfast was a major disappointment and there was no coffee to be found. Do yourself a favor and spend the extra money to stay somewhere else.

The place was amazing I loved the bed size and the staff also my kids love the pool and I love the hot tube it was amazing get away with my kids we really Recommend this place for sure coming back and they are also pet friendly

This place is so clean and comfy. I feel safe and love the breakfast in the morning. Fresh fruit, waffles, oatmeal, different bread choices for toast. Butter, peanut butter, jelly. While milk, 2% milk, o.j. Coffee, hot cocoa, and tea 24-7 in the lobby. The swimming pool is open and fantastic! This place rocks!!

This is the best hotel I've stayed at not because of how nice the rooms are necessarily, but they are clean and pretty updated. The price is what makes me rate this place as a 5. It's a 3 star hotel at a 1 star price. The only thing they could improve on is the breakfast it pretty much sucks. But like others have said there are fast food establishments close by. Not a deal breaker for me. I've been living in different hotels for about a year now because of work....this is the best one.

I stayed here 2 months almost 3. One week was late in payment (the last week of me being there) and front desk gals say when are you gonna pay “me” when you ask for someone higher than a manager or the owner they turn you away. As if the owner is unaware of how they treat their guests.If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Housekeeping is really “ghetto” yelling and saying profanity while guests are asleep. Rooms have mold and I was paying 2100.00 a month to be there. Some gals in the front are kind and understanding. I had employees admit to me they work holidays without time and a half or being compensated this is against the law. Some let their position get the best of them and they want to act like owners. I highly don’t recommend this place take your money else where. The next day ask I’m waking if the Manager Connie asked to talk to me about an honest review I left on google the night before describing it as “ petty” I had just worked all night and they went on and on for about an hour and asked me if they could issue a refund and they wanted me to check out immediately for exposing them. I’ve stayed there about 2- months mold does not grow that fast. Where mold is located looks like they paint over or clean it and don’t fully resolve this issue. I told them okay I’m gonna check out today by 11 and Connie and her co worker wanted to to check into a whole new room move my stuff at 8:03 am and be out by 11. Talk about being petty. They claim they are gonna start doing things my the “books” admitting they don’t do things right. This issue has been reposted to the Health Department of Washington and the Better Business Bureau. I hope the owner addresses these issues and he chooses better candidates to assist with his guest because the ones present today are not it.
