Alyssa and Tanya are the Best!! I received the greatest customer service while staying here. As an out of towner, they both recommended great places to eat that were in walking distance. As a hospitality professional, it’s so great to go somewhere and receive the same energy I give. Great job ladies and thanks again for everything you do 🙌🏾🙌🏾.

Today, I called to book this hotel for two weeks. Alyssa took the time to walk me through all the steps. She was not only friendly and very inviting, but also fast and efficient. She listened to all of my needs and everything that I needed. Thank you, Alyssa, for your 10+ service. If you need to book a hotel in Lewiston, look no further than this hotel. Call today and talk to Miss Alyssa; she is absolutely amazing. To the people who run or own this establishment, you have an absolutely wonderful employee named Alyssa. Thank you so much, Alyssa, for all your help.

I stay in hotels averaging 60 nights a year mostly in the West and elsewhere across US. I have never complained online about a hotel in my 40 years of business travel. This is absolutely the worst place I have stayed in in years, and definitely the worst in USA. The desk staff was wonderful but that is where it all ended. Carpets in rooms and common area are filthy. Hotel smelled like old cigarettes, pets and rot. No additional security lock from inside of room. This made me feel unsafe as a female traveler although town itself is pretty safe. Bathtub dirty and taps not working well. Toilet did flush (thank heavens). TV and frig worked. Window was open because AC (held together with duct tape) was limping along at suboptimal functionality. There was a bent screen to self-install but it did not fit the window. This was a problem in other rooms as indicated by other screens scattered across the small inadequate parking lot. Curtains ratty, falling apart and falling down. One functioning light of maybe 20 watts. Few outlets that were not conveniently located. Furniture old and dirty. Nasty brown bedspread. Short sheeted bed with ratty linens and 3 lumpy pillows. Sticky substance on surface of nightstand almost made me gag. Might of missed this if I had not moved the lamp. Don't even want to think about what it was. Feel sorry for all the construction workers staying here- better to sleep in truck and shower at the gym.

Do NOT stay here unless you want to be accused and scammed. The "manager" of the property is highly rude and unprofessional. She won't even hold a conversation with you when she's in the wrong. They will charge your card MULTIPLE times for MULITPLE different amounts. Then when I asked why they claim it was for damage. They said I smoked weed in my room and removed my window locks. I didn't even know what window locks are not did I open the windows. The few hours I spent in my room I was asleep with my 8month old baby. The water wouldn't even get warm enough to give my baby a bath. I also don't smoke either, if I smoke then I won't be breathing and be needing new lungs. I also wouldn't have my baby in a room with smoke either when my baby has lung problems. Still haven't heard back from the general manger about our stay when he said he would investigate and call back due to his front desk "manager" becoming very hostile with me when I was being professional in acquiring about the charges. She wouldn't even hear what I had to say, said yes we did in fact smoke in there, where's your proof that I smoked first off, so your accusing a PAYING guest and not allowing them to get needed information. Then she told me that it didn't matter what was said because she has the window locks removed (they probably remove them theirselves so they can charge people) and weed on the table so she is not going to keep arguing with me(wasn't arguing was asking why the charges) then she hung up on me and would not answer my calls after that. This place is horrid. I use to clean in hotels so I take it serious when I stay places. This place is unprofessional, dirty, and gross and not worth it. Parking is horrible as well. The night desk lady even told me to try a different hotel when I was first checking on...that should have been my first clue! WORST PLACE EVER!

Our experience at FairBridge Inn in Lewiston, Idaho was outstanding! The hospitality was top-notch, with staff always ready to assist with a smile. The room was immaculate and well-equipped, providing a cozy and peaceful environment. We loved the hearty breakfast each morning, which had a great selection to suit all tastes. The hotel's prime location made it easy to explore Lewiston's attractions and enjoy local dining. Every detail of our stay was perfect, making FairBridge Inn our go-to choice whenever we're in the area. A well-earned five stars!

I had the misfortune of staying at this hotel for 5-6 weeks while working on the courthouse across the street. Every week it was something. Broken toilet, non working A/C, refrigerators that either don’t work or freeze anything put in them. I travel for work 9 months out of the year. I have never felt to leave a review for a hotel, but after staying there, I chose to leave a pretty poor review online. (One they requested after I cancelled 6 weeks of reservations.) The next time I had to stay there I had a police officer beating on my door accusing me of harassing the desk staff. If you have the misfortune of having to stay here, make no complaints or leave poor reviews, as they will easily make false accusations to the police, to make you uncomfortable enough to leave, rather than just say I’m not welcome to stay there. If you have a choice, STAY AWAY!!!

Nasty rooms, bad (high crime) location with what looked like drug deal going on in the parking lot. We couldn't even stay in the room. It was dirty, and the property not taken care of. We didn't feel safe staying there. The lady at the front desk said they had a 24 hours cancellation policy. She called the manager and he agreed to refund the card.

Very nice, clean hotel in a great location, close to restaurants. The front desk clerk is super friendly and dogs are allowed. We will stay here again whenever we are in town!

Surprisingly cool hotel. The pool looked super clean (we stayed too short of a time to get in), rooms were clean (actually clean, no crumbs under mattresses), and the rooms were large with a modern design. The bathrooms have some cool lightning, too.
