The hotel was certainly not the worst I have stayed at but not the best either. The lobby was clean, staff was friendly, elevator and hallways smelled of marijuana, and room had a funky smell. Bed sheets were clean but carpet was sticky, had to ask for fresh towels multiple times. Felt safe overall, room was quiet, no amenities, convenient location. Hotel needs major updates. Booked on Hotwire so you get what you pay for. I will not stay here again.

Hello. I wanted to place a complaint. I was at the hotel this past weekend 6/15 to celebrate my birthday. I had multiple people traveling with me to celebrate and recommend your hotel to them. We all booked our rooms a little over a week in advance. When we got to the hotel we were advised that all of our rooms were canceled. We never were notified or sent any information about this cancellation (yet we all received confirmation emails) after hours of going back and fourth with the front desk I was told that I would have to purchase new rooms at double the price of what I was quoted online on your website. So I had to book 5 rooms double the price and have 5 60 dollar holding fees on my card as well. I was not accommodated in any manner. I understand things happen but it would have been nice to at least have the rate I booked at honored. I really enjoy this hotel (that is why I recommended for my large friend group) and was disappointed by the customer service

Wish I could give negative stars… By far the worst hotel I’ve ever been too. Lobby was filthy and the a/c exhaust from the office blew into the lobby making it unbearably hot. Foreigners working that could hardly speak English. Once we got our room everything was dirty. Everything. Found pubes in my bed, blood stain on the wall, mold in the shower, shower curtain stunk and the bottom 6 inches was purely mold. Carpet sticky, bathroom floor sticky. Pictures on google maps look nothing like the actual rooms. Fake photos. Absolutely hated my stay and slept in the truck, only used the room for the fastest showers I could take.

First, let me say I was always grateful that with this hotel I could give a cash deposit, and get it back in cash upon check out. Until, recently I was scammed out of my deposit😤 I paid in cash(hold/deposit)which is $60 which I’m SUPPOSED to get back, which also is super affordable right???….right! The lady at the front desk AA accepted the cash deposit then accepted my card payment(for the room) and everything went on as usual UNTIL the next morning with I went to check out and was informed that I wouldn’t be able my cash deposit back Because I “didn’t give cash for the deposit”! Now keep in mind I ONLY STAY HERE BECAUSE OF THE CASH BACK DEPOSIT POLICY, so when I was informed that “I didn’t give it in cash I was PISSED! I insisted on having the manager on duty run the cameras back but they wouldn’t! Now 1+1= The staff STOLE my cash deposit and left me to look like a fool telling me I didn’t and then refusing to investigate the situation further!!!! I am currently reporting this facility to the Better Business Bureau, and filing a police report ( YES, because I work hard for every dollar). I’m mind blown at the blatant disrespect. EDIT(response to owner): Now why would I pay for the room in cash and give the deposit( the only refundable thing that I could get back right away in hand) on a card!!!????? It’s almost like you’re proving my point that your staff flawed. I had the conversation with the front desk attendant before even starting the transaction so it was understood that I wanted to put the room on my card and pay for the deposit in cash! The error of your staff is not my fault, so when I ask for my deposit back in cash the way it was agreed upon I expected to get my cash back not be met with excuses. So what it looks like is that my deposit was pocketed, or maybe it was an honest error either way it was extremely inconvenient and unprofessional.

Positive: The staff was helpful and business like. Very busy but efficient. The room was large and clean. Negative: It looked like they were repainting everything. The large lobby had No Furniture or anything else in it. The staff was so busy that they didn?t have time to answer questions.

The evening of my check-in the sheets/pillowcases were dirty/had stains so I called the front desk. They brought me new sheets, pillowcases to change the bed myself however they were stained as well. In changing the pillows, they were stained and looked quite disgusting. Housekeeping never came to my room during my stay to refresh the room. I had to catch them down the hall before they left one morning to ask for fresh towels. The only upside to the Inn is the walkability to fast food, shops, grocery stores.

My wife and I stayed here and it was the worst hotel experience we’ve ever had. It smelled like weed from the parking lot and only got stronger inside. The rooms felt dirty and smelled bad. The next morning we thought it was too gross to shower so we just left in a hurry. Driving away, my wife and I started itching. We kept seeing bites pop up over and over on our arms, chest and back and we realized we were covered in bed bug bites. We’ve both got tons of bites. We’ve felt dirty and miserable ever since. When we called the manager to tell him about our experience, he told us he’d have to check the room tomorrow morning to see if there are bed bugs or not and he’d call us back if he found anything. Who knows how hard he’d try to look or if he’d even admit if he found anything. Any other hotel would apologize for the inconvenience and refund immediately, but this hotel wants to string you along and pretend there’s no problem. Avoid this place at all costs. You couldn’t pay me to go back.

There were at least 15 pubic hairs in the tub and bathroom floor from previous people, no microwave, fridge froze everything, no iron, but there’s an ironing board, no hair dryer, paint splattered all over TV, charge you a $60 deposit, can’t check in early, not even 45mins. Restrooms in lobby were out of order, there are no lobby chairs or places to sit, no water upon arrival. You can hear the Tv in the next room over, the AC unit is so loud I could hear it through my ear plugs. Kids that worked there were asking for residents phone numbers as we were waiting to check in. It took the lady 20 mins to check 3 people in. Overall not great customer service or cleanliness.
