Had my taxes done there. My appointment was for 2:00, but at 2:35 I was still waiting. After saying that I couldn't wait any longer, the lady at the desk(who was very nice), got one of the men preparing taxes to take me. This man was very apologetic and had me done quickly. The next day I get a call from someone that my tax papers were ready, which was strange because I thought I had my paperwork, but maybe I forgot something. The lady who was handling this was very rude, and there was no paperwork. Today I get a phone call from someone there asking for someone who was not me, saying this was the phone number given to them. I was really disappointed in how unorganized this was, plus I found the rudeness when my paperwork wasn't there unacceptable.

Staff friendly, helpful, and fun. Lots fun activities, lunches twice week, bingo, or just hang out. Fun New Years Eve luncheon with great band.

Lots of activities and a great place for the seniors to come and be involved.

Seems like a great place with a lot of services. In addition to the activities you'd expect (like classes, game nights, etc), they also offer social services. Because we have just moved to Ohio, we stopped in to apply for Ohio's Golden Buckeye cards. (They are automatically mailed to residents turning age 60 if you already hold an Ohio ID.) Staff was so helpful, kind, and informative. They are always looking for volunteer drivers to help folks get to doctor appointments and such, so they are providing options for people to give back to the community, too.

Took my mom up there to get her taxes done 4-4-23 and she sat around and waited for 1 1/2 hours for someone to help her. No one approached her. Sad seniors not helping other seniors

I linedance here often on Tues. Linda Williams is an excellent teacher. She teaches intermediate from 1-3 pm; beginners earlier but, I'm not sure of the time. Call the center or see their website for activity schedule. All kinds of activities are on the schedule for the month. Good friendly place to meet people. Recommended.

Great plasce to sit and talk with your friends especially when you get invited to a volunteer breakfast for the school system. Those men and women put on an amazing breakfast there.
