Fair Oaks Promenade - Shopping mall in Fair Oaks - 8909 Madison Ave, USA

I absolutely live going to Ace Hardware stores, or any similar stores. Like Eighmies, True Value, etc. Especially when theyre located in small towns. They always have the most unique items! This store did not disappoint at all! We absolutely loved the staff, as they were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Awesome store! 50 stars!

Good burgers (five guys) and you can get coffee what more can you say. You can also sit outside the coffee shop and have a nice one-on-one withh your significant other.

Love taking my Goldens to Peet's of a morning. The Patrons love seeing the Goldens, they put a Smile on their Faces.

In and out went to Safeway for spinach tortilla chicken sandwich. It was good filled me up

Loved it. Safeway is still pricey but u like it.

I think promenade is a bit of a misnomer, this isn't exactly a walkable part of town. However there is a safeway and mobil gasoline here, so five stars. Although the chevron across the street has extremely nice employees so I go there.

Meet the Henderson brothers at star buck's a few times a month.

Nice shopping center with family friendly environment. Love all tht different store options here. Parking can get difficult during peak season and times.
