This review is long overdue! I know 4 out of 5 stars is questionable...we will get into that. Overall, I recommend the Walnut Hill location. I was on the foundation membership so I had seen MANY trainers and ownership come by. The first owners....nonexistent. Josh, very communicative! There was an ongoing issue with multiple noon trainers not showing up but Josh made the effort to call each person individually and apologize. There was no credit for my unlimited membership but I didn't see it persist (after I made it known I was upset), so it appears the problem was taken care of. But this place has seen some of the best trainers by far. Coach Lo, Nicole, Mallory, Daryle, Zach, Becca, both KT's, Darius, Stacey, gosh too many to name. What I appreciated is the coaches took into account the opinions of the members on how the new coaches were doing. The whole place felt like family. My ONLY reason I gave 4 stars is because of Class Pass...since opening to class pass, this allowed people in who were not as respectful of the flow of things or dynamics. Classes got grossly crowded and it was frustrating when they didn't know basic gym etiquette. If class pass could be eliminated, I would go back to 5 out of 5 stars.

I have been going to F45 for the last year and almost 200 workouts in. It’s become a little family in our morning crew and I love seeing them every morning! Great workout, easy to follow and 45 minutes no matter what. Great for a busy momma of 4 wanting time to focus on herself!

This place is awesome! I’ve gotten noticeably stronger and leaner in just over 3 weeks.

I moved from Dallas February 2023 and am still getting charged the monthly fee on my credit card. I didn’t notice it it right away as it was out of sight. I have an e mail receipt for 6 months for when I purchased this limited membership and a text thread with the manager at the time, Nicole, confirming my departure. For the last few months I have tried by e mail and telephone to reach them. Email goes unresponded, as do many voicemails to “Josh Pierce of Hornar Capital”, where all calls are forwarded to. Citibank has urged me to try and resolve this with them or report my card lost/stolen and get a new number. That would be a big inconvenience given how I use the card. Don’t trust F45 with your credit card information!!

LOVE this place. I’ve been here for two years now. The location is perfect and convenient. The coach’s are very attentive and personable. My second home!

This has been my gym for the past year and I love it! F45 was the best decision - it's like you have your own personal trainer! Great atmosphere and community, convenient location, amazing workouts and awesome trainers!

I love F45- the workouts of the day and the equipment are the same at every location. I was a member at Walnut Hill for the better part of a year. Compared to the 2 other locations I’ve belonged to, this is my least favorite just because it’s pretty clique-y and doesn’t have the most inclusive vibes. I recommend F45 as a workout, but I would suggest trying a couple of locations (there are a few close options in Dallas) to see which one you feel most comfortable at. Shout out to Anne and Katie for being the best coaches at this location, I really do miss them!!

F45 Walnut Hill has been my workout home for the past 3 years. The trainers, atmosphere, and community are something I have never experienced at another workout facility. I accomplish more in 45 minutes here than I do during any other workout. Best workouts (and never the same or repeated)! Best trainers! Best community! What are you waiting for!? You won’t know how awesome this place truly is if you don’t give it a try.
