I’ve had a good experience when I visited the gym back in the summer or early summer. Great people and great atmosphere. I tell you one thing, get ready to get your butt kicked with those high intensity workouts. If you’re looking for a good and fun time while getting into shape. This is your place.
Great work out. Very efficient, if you are looking to get in cardio mixed with strength training in a fast tempo 45 minute session, then this is the place for you. Each day training is different, making it challenging while giving you a unique experience. Great, friendly staff, there to help and keep you motivated. Most participating in the class are in the 20-40 year old range, but Im in my late 50s, so if I can do it, then you can too. Stop by the studio 10 minutes prior to a session, the staff will give you a tour and probably offer a great introductory offer so you can give it a try.

F45 keeps me coming back day after day and week after week. The workouts have just enough consistency and just enough change that I never get bored, but feel like I know the movements well enough to be able to max out my efforts. The Viera location has excellent coaches and is very well run.
I recently joined F45 & I absolutely love this place! I really enjoy the workouts. The workouts are very well-balanced between cardio, core and strength. Coaches are very knowledgable & encouraging! I highly recommend!!
It is hands down best workout place in brevard county I drive 35 min just to get here because of the community and security that you don’t get from any other gym and it teaches you discipline and technical driven to assure safety when doing the technique
I have been coming to F45 since October 2020 and it is one of my favorite places to be! The workouts are challenging, and the coaches are dedicated to helping you succeed in your health and fitness goals. Highly recommend!!
Been going to F45, since May. Our whole family goes and we absolutely are loving it. The trainers are all amazing and so motivating. The Members are great and so helpful too. I was so intimidated at first, out of my territory, but now I look forward to going 5-6 times a week. They are all quick to help you, whether it be for a modification or see that you are able to take it to the next level. I am so grateful for F45 you have helped our family in more ways than one.
