F45 Training Staunton - Gym in Staunton - 106 Rowe Rd, USA

I was welcomed by the coach and members as soon as I walked in the door. The coach was amazing. He helped and encouraged me so much throughout the class. I didn’t even have to ask. He was there. One of the best experiences I have had walking into a gym.

“Bill and Sonya built a family” - said one member when I asked upon our first conversation, how she felt about this F45 studio. I couldn’t have said it better myself. My top line adjectives if you’re thinking about a visit (& you should be!) are energetic, warm/welcoming, easy to sign up and participate, challenging but enjoyable and adaptable workouts. I visited this studio with my partner for multiple consecutive days during recent Holiday trip to Staunton. We are both very active members of F45 in Portland, Maine - and love the exercise philosophy and community mentality of F45 as a whole, but knowing that each studio would inevitably have its own vibe, I wasn’t sure what to expect from a new studio. I was pleasantly surprised - so much so, that it only reinforced my passion for the F45 brand. This studio has been active for much longer than ours, so it’s in a more engrained mentality, and it was awesome to see. We took classes early am, mid day, mid morning, all had their own energy much like our own studio- it was obvious the community cares for each other and simultaneously welcomes any newcomer with the same warmth. Saturdays workout was preceded by an Ugly Sweater contest, complete with a lit up runway and cartwheeling contestants, cat calls and claps all welcome. Seems like they make a huge effort to spice up the atmosphere consistently and honestly, it just makes the workout a more positive experience.

I never knew a community of such fun, energetic, and encouraging people could exist! F45 has changed the game for me tremendously and I love going to my classes. I have told so many of my friends about this place and this community and have had one recently join me! We love it so much!

F45 Staunton is simply amazing! The workout is intense, challenging and constantly changing, making it never boring. The trainers are knowledgeable, supportive and always there to motivate you. The atmosphere is friendly and inclusive, making it a great place to meet new people and make friends. I highly recommend this gym to anyone looking to get in shape, have fun and reach their fitness goals. The facilities are top-notch, and the staff is always willing to help with any questions or concerns. If you’re looking for a place to get fit, have fun and meet new people, F45 Staunton is the place for you!

F45 in Staunton is an amazing experience! Staff are so encouraging, as well as the members! The workouts are just what I need to feel more fit and enhance my overall wellness! I’m hooked! :-)

Look what my friend Jenn talked me into…It was tough! I’m 56 and made it through the whole circuit. Trainers were VERY encouraging and offered an option of push-ups in place of one of the task. I’ll be sore but it was worth it!!
