I love this gym and the coaches along with the owner Susan. I have been a member for almost 3 years and I am always challenged. Every class is different every day and therefore it keeps the class interesting. The coaches are great at motivating you and the fellow members make the class fun as you all have the same mindset of working out and improving your fitness. I definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a challenging and fun place to workout in!

F45 is the best HIIT I’ve found. Balanced with new workouts each day and a combination of cardio and strength with tons of equipment options. Love the ease of getting in and out! And Southlake Coaches are phenomenal!!

I have been going to Orange Theory for the last 5 years or so and I needed a change of pace. It's only been 10 classes but I can definitely see a difference in the workouts. I definitely feel like I will be able to gain more muscle over time with F45. The Southlake studio is large/roomy and the coaches are fantastic.
