I love f45! I’m so glad I found this place. I eat fairly healthy (I’m a vegetarian and love eating my fruits and veggies) but struggle with being about 70lbs overweight and stagnant. So I was paying for a personal trainer for 5 months and didn’t see much results other than increase in strength (no weight loss or looser clothing). I was looking to change it up and found f45. The workouts are super fun, always changing and super engaging. I’ve always hated exercising but at f45 I look forward to each workout!! I just finished my 8th session and I’m looking forward to finally seeing results in these next few weeks!
F45 is an amazing gym! Ever since opening I have enjoyed it so much. Coach Dave and Nat help motivate me and help me through the exercises every morning. All the coaches are so positive and love building the sense of community there. The workouts are hard but so fulfilling. I never leave a work out and regretting going. Try this gym!
This is the best workout experience I have ever had. Dave, Natasha, RJ, and the other coaches are all fantastic. It's a very friendly and encouraging environment, and the trainers are patient and make sure you keep the correct form. If you want a great workout, this is the place!
I honestly don’t have enough good things to say about F45. I was always hesitant to go to gyms and scared to lift weights because I didn’t feel like I knew what I was doing. I did the 3-day trial and was ready to sign up after the first day. The programming is great, but the coaches are incredible. They know the perfect balance of meeting you where you’re at and pushing you when you’re ready. It’s not a competitive atmosphere with the other people working out - it feels like a family full of people who push each other to do their best. I’m stronger than I’ve ever been and look forward to every workout (even upper body 😜). So grateful for this place and the amazing people who are part of it!
